Good location and Experience

Very welcoming and staff were very attentive

Hotel needs updating. Very old and location is not St Julians as the name says.

Convenient for shopping, walks and transport. Only problem is that there is a lot of building work going on (more hotels) that traffic does build up.

Lots of road works in the area which caused delays when travelling. Otherwise lovely hotel and close enough to the shopping district.

Wouldn’t recommend. Especially off season. The main outdoor pool was closed, the remaining one open but not heated and was far colder than the sea. They had multiple late night loud events ongoing whilst we stayed and didn’t take into consideration the customers who’d paid to sleep there just the extra income they could get. The staff were rude and unhelpful when we flagged concerns or issues with them

海岸の景色は良いが孤立した立地なので夕食のために外出することが難しい。バスルームの水栓金具が古くて使用にかなりトラブった。バスタブを使う人が少なくクレームがなかったせいか、パッキンが全く入っておらず、湯が溜らず困った。

Det var et dejligt ophold tæt på stranden. Vores værelse havde havudsigt med altan. Der er møbler på altanen som vi anvendte til f.eks drikke kaffe m.m. Personalet især Johnny var meget høflig, imødekommende og de havde faktisk opgraderet vores værelse gratis. Vi fik en flaske vin og gratis vand på flaske i hele ophold. Værelset er godt lyd isoleret. Hotellet har en indoors svømmepool, wellness og andre faciliteter. Vi havde også bestilt vores lufthavn transport gennem hotellet og det var nem og billigt. Der er bustopperstedder tæt på Radisson men man skulle være opmærksom på smalle veje med lille fortov på vej ind mod byen.

Customer service is seriously lacking in this hotel. Check in took 40 mins, room was set up wrong, said they would change went I went out for evening, only to come back and find it was still same wrong bed arrangements Bathroom wasn’t clean, grime and first everywhere Fridge didn’t work, tv only had 2 channels No plugs next to bed

The pool could be used until 10pm, so we could leisurely explore the area during the day. The room was very spacious and I had a relaxing time. If I have a chance to travel to Malta again, I would like to stay there again.

Great and newly remodeled

Great hotel, all the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. The facilities , restaurants and food were excellent. Just what we expected from a Radisson.

The hotel is a bit dated and musty in the hotel room. The amenities of the hotel are not 5 star either… I did appreciate the staff and hospitality overall but if you have allergies, the dated rooms may trigger them.

Good business hotel

Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel wobei ich hier keine 5 Sterne vergeben würde! Das Pesonal ist bemüht und freundlich da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Die Einrichtung im Spa ist und Fitnesscenter ist spärlich.Die Sauna ist schön ziemlich am Ende müsste unbedingt erneuert werden

Nice and friendly staff, very helpful The outside pools were a little cool (at the end of October) Better than in the Center of St Julian‘s because quieter

Nice Hotel, we had a jacuzzi on the room and the room was huge. Unfortunately, there is not so much storage room for clothes etc., so they lie around. Then, the breakfast is not what I would expect of a 4-star-hotel, this could be improved definitely. The hotel is near Sliema, where you can walk, and the parking at the hotel is with no extra cost.

The hotel does not have an airport shuttle as advised on Hotels.com but a taxi can easily be booked for 20 Euros each way at airport. Great buffet breakfast choice. Good pool facilities. Great restaurant choices. Great location for St Julian’s. Saturday night buffet was excellent. Overall very good holiday base.
