The property was immaculate and the furniture quality was pretty good. The overall service was very good.

受付や部屋、周囲の環境等は全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。唯一問題があったのは帰国に向けて退室した後のEVに閉じ込められたことです。19時を過ぎていたので受付はおらず、緊急連絡も音声が割れてなんとか聞き取れるかどうかという状態。最後は事なきを得ましたし、設備故障なので致し方ないかと思いますが、この点で少し★を減らしました。また利用してもいい施設だとは思います。

There were no form off food or drinks very disappointing the appartment was wonderful with lovely finishings but no mini bar or even a hamper of wine or confection at office.

Stay was great, apartment was nice and clean. However beds were a little too hard I woke up with a sore back.

Shower room water drain is not good.

No aircon in the bedroom, would possibly have been a bit uncomfortable if it was hot. Great location and easy to access but because of the sirens going past often during the night, I couldn't actually sleep with the windows open to let the lovely breeze in. The room was very comfortable and very clean.

No problems; everything comfortable, clean and neat. Air conditioner had bee put on before we arrived and the unit was cool and inviting.

Lovely apartment. Modern and great kitchen. Shower has no screen so water goes everywhere Pretty Kings Park nearby.

We stayed very well at the Quest on Rheola: excellent location, excellent staff, excellent facilities. Our room faced north-west, so we got plenty of afternoon sunlight. The staff at the front desk (Emma and Siti) were great: efficient, competent, welcoming. This is a great property. Thank you!

No cover on the highest floor. Cannot hand clothes outside cause the birds keep making poo poo.
