tolle Lage sehr ruhig sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück gute Betten modernes Bad freundliches Personal - Fußboden im Zimmer knarrt und Teppich in die Jahre gekommen (genauso im Treppenhaus und den Gängen) - Preis für den Stellplatz in der Garage (im 1. Stock per Autolift) mit 25 € teuer aber sehr sicher

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. A great starting point for sight-seeing, to enjoy the local restaurants or night-life. The staff was friendly all over. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety for everyone. The hotel has a garage (you have to pay) which is an experience itself, as it’s a car lift. Our room was neat and mostly calm, but we could hear the booming bass from a club nearby. However the hotel staff tried everything possible, offered to change rooms and handled the situation very professional. All over I would stay there again, if I come to Budějovice another time.

Beautiful location , old historic building , breakfast simple but good (few choices) and the staff in reception sadly were not the friendliest. Would love to feel more welcomed next time.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the charm of a bygone era, Grand Hotel Zvon is the place for you! Located right on the stunning main square of České Budějovice, the location is truly chef’s kiss. But step inside, and you might wonder if you’ve accidentally entered a period drama—just without the fancy costumes or dramatic plot twists. Check-in and check-out were smooth, though don’t expect any grand welcomes (unless you count being handed a key card with quiet efficiency). The furniture has a certain “vintage” appeal—whether intentionally or because it simply hasn’t been updated in a while, I’ll leave to your imagination. Breakfast was… there. Not bad, not amazing, just existing in its own perfectly average way. But hey, for the price, it’s a solid deal. If you’re after a central location and don’t mind décor that whispers “remember the good old days?”, Grand Hotel Zvon is a great choice. Just don’t expect a grand anything beyond the name.

Top Lage, Top Frühstück

一人には勿体無いくらいの広さ、シャンデリア、バスタブ付きで綺麗な部屋でした。 部屋のクリーニングが結構早く回ってきたので（１０時頃）ドアノブには札を出かけるまではかけておくと良いかもしれません。 ホテルの目の前に広場がありクリスマスマーケットを回るのにはかなりの好立地です。 駅やバスターミナルまでも徒歩１５分ほど（チェスキークルムロフやフルボカー城も余裕で回ることができます）。

Perfekte Lage direkt am Hauptplatz, sehr großes neu renoviertes Zimmer, großes Bad, hervorragendes Bett. Über Lift bequem erreichbare Dachgarage. Sehr gutes Frühstück in geschmackvollem Raum mit schönem Blick auf Hauptplatz. Hotelrestaurant leider geschlossen.

Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Duschkabine ist sehr klein. Man wollte mir mehr verrechnen als ich zu bezahlen hätte.

First class experience all around. Was able to check in early and the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. On day of departure I left early and the even packed a breakfast to eat on the train back to Prague. An extra bonus - Christmas market was right outside during my entire stay. I would highly recommend!!

Great hotel in great location

Okej Så som många andra boende, visade de fina bilder, som inte stämde med verkligheten. Alla i Personalen var inte trevliga, vilket också är ett måste i service branschen. Men bra pris var det iaf.

Have stayed in this hotel many times and have always rated it excellent. However this time I ended up in an attic that was obviously part of the roof, due to the roof support beams in the room. There was a very steep and unmarked step to get into the room and from the bathroom into the room. The room was very tiny and had a very low sloping ceiling (the roof) , that was very dangerous for hitting your head when walking around the room and getting out of bed. It certainly wasn't a superior room as described on the booking and paid for.

Hotel top. Più centrale non si può. Parcheggio a pagamento ma comodo. Camera ampia ed elegante. Colazione ottima in una bellissima sala d’epoca con vista bellissima sulla piazza.

Avoid room 217 in the summer, it was extremely hot in there (my nephew was next door in 216 and their room was fine). When we brought it up to the receptionist she said others complained about room 217 too, I don't know why they keep assigning it to guests. The room itself was very nice (the toilet seat was dirty though), breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. Great location.

für die Parkplätze wurden 25 Euro /pro Nacht gefordert das ist unverschämt da der Parklplatz nicht einmal bewacht wurde Das Essen war rurchtbar so kannte ich die Tschechei nicht

Leider ist das Personal an der Rezeption trotz hohem Anteil an deutschsprachigen Gästen teilweise nur eingeschränkt der deutschen Sprache mächtig, was zu Missverständnissen führte. Das Zimmer wurde nach der 1. Nacht nicht gereinigt. Dafür nach der 2. Nacht unnötigerweise die Handtücher getauscht. Ansonsten Ausstattung gut. Frühstück ordentlich, aber sehr standardisiert.
