Great location, spacious and clean rooms, smooth check in and check out experience, parking onsite, just across the road.

Great location. Friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent- we ate dinner three nights during out stay.

Pillows were not as soft as other hotels. Could use new shower heads for rain shower.

The staff at the check in staff was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. He went above and beyond the normal.

The staff was very good. Parking was very convenient. The hotel lobby looked great. Our room was below the restaurant and was loud when people pulled chairs out from under the tables, this started very early in the morning. (Suggest putting felt pads on the feet of the chairs.) The shower in our room was very small and outdated, the caulking around it was coming off and the wallpaper was pealing off. The view was great and location convenient.

Located looking over the beautiful St. John’s Harbour, this hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was spotless. Though I didn’t try the food, there is a restaurant in the hotel overlooking the harbour.
