Personal amable.Limpieza bien.Cuarto de baño muy pequeño.Ruido de la calle. Habría que cambiar las ventanas.

Habitación y baño amplios. La ducha tal vez demasiado justa, podría ser bastante más grande por el espacio. No hay ventanas, las paredes externas son muro cortina ( ventanal cristal fijo) con mala insonorización (2a planta). La calefacción o no funciona o está limitada a, algo que para ser en Lugo e invierno tendrás más bien fresquito

O atendimento foi excelente. Desde o check in até o check out. Tem um bom café da manhã. Recomendo.

Room was extremely clean, the staff was exceptionally courteous, specially Violet from Salamanca. Generally it was a very pleasant stay at both Exe's, Salamanca and Lugo.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Exe Puerte de San Pedro. The staff is wonderful. The front desk staff, Celtia, Moise and Edward were very helpful, kind and patient wtih my questions.It is close to many things to see in Lugo.

Ok hotel in great location. Room was tiny and bathroom very dated but generally clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk were very helpful.

Very accommodating. Close to everything I needed. Very professional staffs.

It was very close to important places, public parking nearby. Also dinning options.

Nice area but no parking

The person on the front desk when we arrived was very rude and our baggage we had to look for because he did not tell us if it had arrived or anything. The rest of the staff was amazing. We were on the 6th floor which was very loud.
