Bad news: No microwave, no coffee maker, no fridge, no extra toilet paper, no shampoo. Floor tiles cracked and dirty. Bed lumpy. Good news: just one night.

Check in was great, he was very attentive and kind. Checkout was a little weird. Asked for late checkout and was told it was okay but then suddenly I was being yelled at to get out. Room being called etc. Told I only had 5 minutes so I said ok will leave now. Then she started shouting at my Mom who has a heart condition and I was like OK I already told her. It made an already stressful situation worse.

My stay was okay. You get what you pay for or less. I really only needed it because it was the closest and cheapest motel next to an event i had to go to and i live out of state. Overall, if you need something quick, cheap, book this one.

There no fridge or microwave therefore if you staying more than 1 night i wouldn't advise it. I was only staying 1 night but it still was an inconvenience cause i had a 3yr old grandson so unable to get milk due to no fridge

I booked a queen bed smoking room and I was assigned to room 84. Upon entering my friend and I inspected the room as usual. There were a ton of burn marks with the top sheet, the blanket and the sheet on the bed as well as stains. The hot water in the bathroom was not running meaning The water will come out only the cold water worked. Furthermore, there was no drain stopper plug on the back of the sink. I went down to the front desk clerk and asked for a new room and told him the problems. The first thing the man said was “ But the room is clean, right“ I was a bit taken back by that comment as it’s not about if the room is clean, it’s the fact that there’s burn holes and stains all over the bed that I’m supposed to lay in. Secondly, there should be hot water running and working at the hotel per code. He then proceeded to give me a new room, which was room 76 a non-smoking room. This room had hot water and met my needs however, again there were still burn holes on the blankets. If this is a non-smoking room, there should be no blankets with burn holes in them on the beds. This insinuates that smoking room blankets are washed and then put on non-smoking room beds. There’s still will be some residual of secondhand smoke. Otherwise, my day was good.

Always a pleasure staying at the motel six of Elmsford. Property management is very friendly and very accommodating. I truly appreciate her.

The management was so professional and courteous especially with me having my kids. Lileema the manager was so nice and continously made sure our stay was comfortable. Loved it!

There were bugs in both rooms that I was assigned to. Tried to get a refund and both hotels.com and the hotel were giving me a hard time. Even tho I only stayed at the property for a few mins

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

In short, we walked out after 1 hour there, if that long. The room was dark and dingy. The bed spreads were dirty, the cable TV did not work. No refrigerator. Bathroom ceiling tiles were leaking and roaches on one of the beds. Please process full refund of $309.52 asap.
