Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Lovely breakfast. Good location. Property was a little run down which is why I am only giving it 4 stars.

Hotel in buona posizione in centro. Camere abbastanza datate . C’erano 2 federe sporche e macchiate sostituite dopo 2 giorni . Nota positiva. Colazione veramente eccellente. Top.

Good location, nice hotel, and found the breakfast very good. Room cleanliness was not great.

Front desk was helpful and recieved my coming late due to layover message. Front desk helped correct and educate me on some basic language and safety aspects of the neighborhood

Tutto bene, unica pecca , avevo soggiornato qui tre anni fa e avevo usufruito della piccola SPA. Speravo di poter usufruire dello stesso servizio ma lo hanno eliminato. Non è segnalato nel sito al momento della prenotazione

Veldig bra hotell til den prisen. Veldig god frokost og service fra betjeningen, og for oss som liker litt mye madrasser var det flott. Er du sensitiv for støy bør du ikke ha rom ut mot gata! Litt mugg på badet og litt slitt på romene men fikk ikke følelsen av møkk. Vil absolutt vurdere dette hotellet pånytt.

L’hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da Vitosha Bulevard e dalla stazione della metro Serdika, quindi è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro, inoltre vicino sono presenti ristoranti, supermerket e altri negozi. La colazione offre cibi sia dolci che salati, buoni. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi, letto comodo,bagno grande con box doccia. Purtroppo non ho trovato la stanza molto pulita, la moquette era sporca, ho trovato capelli e noccioli di frutta lasciati da un precedente soggiorno. Inoltre in alcuni punti era bruciata, presumibilmente con la cenere di sigarette. Bisognerebbe dedicare più attenzione alla pulizia.

15 to 20 min walk to all the sights or starting place for tours. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffett was beyond belief!

Un hotel a 4 stelle negli anni 90 ma oggi ha bisogno di una ripulita e ammodernamento. Ancora il minifrigo con listino prezzi e poi mezzo rotolo di carta igienica in bagna senza ricambio....la moquette e' tutta da lavare. Vicino al centro, colazione scarsa.

abbastanza comoda la posizione per la visita della città - hotel scelto per la presenza del parcheggio - per essere un 4 stelle non sono accettabili lenzuola sporche (di marrone) all’arrivo e colazione (peraltro ricca e variegata) con piatti e tazze sporchi - stanza ampia però purtroppo con moquette

Everything was great until wenfound out that there was no hot running water. First day they said that someone is coming to fix it, next morning they said that the whole neighborhood didnt have hot water. Obviously someone was lying. Other than that everythingelse was allright.
