Yes that was all fine, loud music from outside was not to great.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Water pressure and shower is terrible. Although it’s in city center, which is a great location the hotel itself is loud all night long due to the outside noise. The staff was wonderful and very friendly

The Desk front service was poor not friendly, not willing to help, suggest…

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was ein großer Vorteil für Ausflüge und Erkundungen ist. Allerdings war es durch die Lage auch recht laut, was die Nachtruhe etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns insgesamt willkommen gefühlt haben.

Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable, my wife liked the pillows but I found them very flat. Closet area was rather spacious. Breakfast was very good with great selection of items and good service. I would say it’s closer to a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Can’t beat the location, easy walking distance to almost everything you want to see.

The location for this hotel is 10 out of 10. It’s within a few minutes walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and walking distance to the Pantheon and a little bit further (but walkable) to the Colosseum. The A/C was great given that we were there when it was very hot and the room was clean and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is good ; good breakfast, room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning; my room was without view. but as it’s very noisy area it’s better like that as inside the room I it was very quiet.
