Vraiment vraiment

I stayed at this hotel recently and, given the price, I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities such as drinking water. For an expensive stay, I would have expected bottled water to be provided in the room as standard. There was no bottled water available in the room, which I understand can vary by hotel, however there was also no clear or convenient access to free drinking water anywhere in the property. When I asked, no clear solution was offered, and it was not made obvious whether tap water was intended for guests to drink. This made the stay less comfortable than expected, particularly given the cost of the room and the heatwave present. At this price point, guests should reasonably expect either complimentary bottled water or clearly signposted access to safe drinking water. Overall, while other aspects of the stay were acceptable, this issue affected the overall experience and value for money.

Klimaanlage war etwas laut, Türen etwas besser abdichten, dass man nicht so viel vom Schall draußen hört. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr toll, sehr grün und der Pool war ein Traum. Eher ein kleines feines Hotel mit Geschmack. Frühstück war okay, aber für den Preis vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl. Haus Hund war sehr süß. Jederzeit gern wieder!

Lovely place in the countryside. Our room overlooked the courtyard so we awoke to singing birds every morning. Easy drivability to all the area sights we wanted to see.

The room was very clean and the linens were absolutely wonderful! The AC was a little difficult to operate and the air didn’t blow well. Staff were all very nice. The restaurant was not open at the beginning of the week, and there is not a lot of variety on the menu. If you want to completely relax and get lost in time, then definitely the place to do it. The concrete stairs are a bit difficult, don’t recommend for elderly or small children (a little scary when carrying luggage). Upon checkout, the lady at reception tried to charge me for my stay (I had already paid in full through Expedia). Recommend discussing this upon arrival. Overall, lovely property, just don’t talk too loud to your grandchildren late at night on the phone, the neighbors may knock on the wall.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est en transformation sans que les invités doient incommodés. Le nouveau propriétaire et son équipe déploient des efforts remarquables pour améliorer l’état des lieux. En l’observant pendant notre séjour nous avons pleine confiance que d’ici quelques mois l’hôtel pourrait même être coté 4 étoiles. La literie, serviettes, matelas et oreillers étaient visiblement neufs. Lieux communs agréables, buffet au petit déjeuner avec une grande variété, bonne cuisine le soir et service sympathique et chaleureux en tout temps.

Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel est aux petits soins.

Excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Le Galambre à Nîmes. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues. Le calme de l’établissement permet de vraiment ce reposer. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Nîmes et ses environs. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualitée. Le rapport qualité-prix est très satisfaisant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable.
