Great location for our East Anglia base. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. We stayed in the new wing which is spotless albeit spartan. Would be nice to have a micro and fridge. I didn’t play golf but think the management could put some investment towards course improvements. Someone told me there’s a focus on wedding bookings. I would say that marketing as a golf resort would compliment the wedding business nicely. In order to do this you have to have a really nice course and avoid negative reviews for golf.

Whilst quality of food was good poor selection on Sunday evenings plus very pricey for what we had no itemised bill Room comfortable but could do with a comfortable chair to sit in for the price Swimming pool facilities were great

Breakfast was nice, but they could have filled up the water jug in the room, and the TVs didn’t connect to any streaming services (despite reception saying they could)

Staff are helpful and the room is very good. The pool and spa facilities are excellent.

We stayed at the All Saints for a weekend for our Anniversary and i was so impressed it is a beautiful hotel incredibly clean and the staff were fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future

All hotel staff gave good service and where attentative . Would have liked some aditional bits in the room ( bucuites and baootled water ) . Privacy from golf course not great had peole teeling off looking into my room .

We’ve stayed before and had rooms with a nicer view of the golf course and modern bathrooms. Our rooms this time were less modern with no view, but still hot shower and comfortable beds. The rooms were quiet.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and very helpful with getting food and a taxi

Welcoming friendly team, plans had changed and received a free upgrade which was great. Spacious clean room with good facilities. Well equipped gym and nice size pool are available to use. Hotel was very good service abs facilities. Regretted eating in the restaurant for dinner. Restaurant managers customer service questionable and main meal was not at the quality we would have expected for 2 AA rosette restaurant, hot breakfast also basic.

Loved the spa. Pity there are no lounger chairs in the spa area. Superb staff especially the women maître di on Sat night who solved an issue with my wife`s meal.

Great gym.very comfortable, spotless, good facilities . Slightly characterless but thats probably to be expected in this type of hotel .
