1. Hallway echoed all night long with people closing their doors. Can’t imagine how much worse it would have been had the hotel been at capacity. 2. Even with the HVAC system all the way to cold, the room was far too warm. It is almost as though the hotel still had the heating on and the room controls are just for show. For a woman who usually sleeps with an overhead fan and pedestal fan beside the bed at home, this was unbearable. Even husband found the room too hot though. 3. Our very specific reservation requirements for first floor room due to disability and service dog were ignored when assigned room 215. Thankfully hotel wasn’t at capacity and room was changed to first floor. 4. Provided WiFi code did not work.

Spent the weekend there and kids were running around all hours. Banging walls, banging doors, also woke us the next morning!! Got zero rest on the weekend due to all the noise. Needs to be managed better
