had issue with ac and staff came up and said that it can be an issue4 sometimes had to work to get the ac turned down.

Outdated, but I like the privacy. TV didnt work well at all, ice machines were down, breakfast not worth the fee Great comfortable bed, totally made up for the rest!

I like the location and the ease.

Not cleaned properly. Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass. I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips. So disappointed.

Good food very clean

The one bedroom suite was absolutely massive and super comfortable. And the AC worked great. Honestly this is our new go to hotel for all our visits to Scottsdale. The only thing that could use improvement is the lobby had a strange stinky smell. Honestly we didn't care because the room was so ginormous and cozy.

Great staff. Convenient to freeway, hospital and shopping/dining.

This was a typical Holiday Inn property. The room and bed were fine. The bathroom could use some paint and deep cleaning. The pool was small but interesting shape. The waterfall feature created a great sound but the pool was Freezing cold. I stated that in my welcome text and got back- glad everything is good. I stated the Freezing pool again. No response. Asked to talk to a manager. Not available but they will contact you. Still waiting a week later. Decent at best.

This hotel was amazing

very loud staff and staff not available causing me to make another reservation through the internet
