Ich habe kürzlich eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war der Service erstklassig. Das Personal ist äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und herzlich. ​Mein Zimmer war nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, sondern bot auch einen fantastischen Komfort. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail sowie die hohe Qualität der Ausstattung. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen: Die Auswahl war exquisit und die Produkte waren von bester Qualität. ​Der Wellnessbereich ist eine wahre Oase der Entspannung. Alles in allem war dies ein Aufenthalt auf höchstem Niveau. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Luxus und exzellenten Service sucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderbare Erfahrung – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Not enough staff to clear tables and replenish food, clean plates and glasses in restaurant. Not enough coffee/tea machines working sometimes appropriately 10-12 people in queue for 2 coffee machines as 2 were not working, also 2 toasters at breakfast time for the number of people in hotel is not sufficient. Struggled a few times to get a table for four for dinner, yet premium area had plenty of space, but no management available to ask if we could use that area instead of walking around in circles trying to find a table, then when asking overworked staff to clean table we were told they were busy. Bars definetly understaffed with big queues constantly Sunbeds reserved and left empty for hours, some sort of monitoring is required

The hotel is great when travelling with infants.

Absolutely wonderful! Traveled with family and was very catering to children of all ages. Perfect spot, and perfect location! Highly-recommend for families.

Good price-quality ratio. The hotel room was clean and functional though it would be good to have a curtain in the bathtub as otherwise the whole bathroom gets wet. Food was good - quite a selection. Slightly dated rooms, common spaces were good, looked out for.

Poolområdet var bra. Plus var att den ena poolen var uppvärmd, att det fanns bra grunda delar för barnen samt att de var stora och hade en fin naturlig form. Minus var att det inte fanns några parasoll, att marplattorna runtomkring var extremt hala samt att det dånade ut hög musik ur ett par sprängda högtalare. Rummen var ganska slitna men ok. Sängarna sköna. Väldigt lyhört så vi hörde grannen snarka.

The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade. However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message. Overall, I won’t be coming back due to extortion and inadequate value for money.

die Anlage ist gut für Familien geeignet und bietet umfangreiches Programm, das All inclusive Premium Package lohnt sich - die Zusatzservices sind gut. Die Auswahl der Speisen dürfte besser sein, insbesondere auch vegetarische Optionen anbieten.

Très bonne expérience à Occidental Jandia Mar. le personnel est agréable, proche du centre ville, possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue, proche de la mer. Buffet varié, piscine chauffée…

Das Essen war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig! Der Rutschenpark ist Mega.

There were cockroaches in the outside snack bar restaurant that was ugly to see. Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs.

El hotel está bastante bien en sí. La comida aceptable, la animación siempre suele haber algo para hacer, la minidisco por la noche tal vez hacerlo diferente, no todos los días iguales

Sehr schöne Anlage mit grosszügigen Zimmer. -Sauberkeit der Anlage (herumliegende Becher und Papiere) sollten mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten -Speisesaal bruacht dringend Schalldämmung und mehr Unterteilungen (Trenn-/Sichtwände) -Die Karten für Zimmer und Garagen funktionierten jeden 2. Tag nicht

Le principal handicap de cet hotel est sa distance a la mer et le fait qu'il faut monter une colline raide sur au moins 500m a un certain age c'est une difficulté..

La SPA è chiusa, le sdraio attorno alla piscina e al parco acquatico sono poche. La stanza è buia e il bagno è da ristrutturare. Per il resto mi è piaciuto. Il personale è molto gentile ed è tutto pulitissimo. Il bilancio è positivo, ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare.
