Clean, spacious, friendly, quiet, close to transport

Excellent stay. Walking distance to the Arena mall, hop on hop off buses. Very comfortable bed, excellent service from all staff. Good breakfast.

Very convenient location, walking distance to Train station. Friendly staff! The room is clean with decent amount of space. Highly recommend! Will stay again.

Non working jacuzzi. The hallways to the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. The room air conditioning was too uncomfortable keep it on.

Okay to stay. Near the Fira, Arena Shopping center and metrostation at Plaza España. No VIP advantages available. Only drink at the bar.

Hotel incrível, funcionários muito simpáticos e prontos para ajudar. Tudo limpíssimo e banheiro com amenties. Bem localizado com tudo próximo. Voltearei a me hospedar nele com certeza na próxima viagem.

Para o padrão da rede Pestana o hotel precisa urgente de um upgrade! De todos os hotéis da rede Pestana em que já me hospedei este, e um no Algarve realmente deixam a desejar! O café da manhã bem limitado! Todos os dias tinha que pedir yogurte pois não estava disponível! Ressalto o trabalho de um senhor, acho que gerente, que até passar pano no salão do café passava, para remover água no piso pois os empregados nem se importavam com a situação!

The room was small for the price, but was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent. Short walk from Placa de Espanya and the art museum. Also easy access to Metro (about three blocks to Hostafrancs station and about four blocks to Espanya). One perk of the neighborhood is that restaurants and stores were much more reasonably priced than in Gothic and La Ramblas neighborhoods.

3시간 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인 해주고 프론트 직원분들 정말 친절했어요. 침구 컨디션도 좋아서 편안하게 잤습니다. 위치는 에스파냐 광장에서 걸어서 금방이고 근처 메르카도나 마켓이 커서 웬만한거 다 있어요. 지하에 작은 피트니스와 사우나 있는데 알차게 너무 잘 이용했습니다. 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다.

It was the best accommodation. I was able to finish the trip brilliantly. All the staff were so kind. The distance was not dangerous even when returning at night. However, there was a time when items such as toothbrushes were not filled. I will use this accommodation even if I go to Barcelona next time.
