The hotel is not in the city center but with good access to it in a good and quiet neighborhood. the hotel have a garage for car rental it's a big plus for extra 15 Euro a day, if you planning to get a car make sure its a small one so you don't have problems getting in and out of the garage . we rented Toyota Yaris or Juke .It was easy getting in and out the hotel outside the city BUT don't drive to Alfama or Bxia or any part of the city center street are narrow and one way + good luck finding parking. we staid in the hotel for 6 days traveled with husband .

Hotel bien placé, proche de la place du marquis de pombal. quelques superettes a proximité proposant des plats en take away. seul bemol, l'alarme incendie déclanchée en plein nuit et pas d'explication. Petit déjeuner correct.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I booked this hotel in a great hurry as my vrbo was awful and I needed to leave it asap. What I did not see was that the booking was non refundable. I had booked it for 5 nights because thats what I booked my vrbo for, but realized when I got there, (in less than 20 minutes) that I only really needed it for 1 night as this would cost me more than my vrbo. I explained my situation to them, and the team at vrbo did their best, but they still decided to charge me for 5 nights. Very disappointed that they would not give me an allowance of some kind given my extremely distressed situation when I booked.

Booked a basic twin room, it was larger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautifully clean, modern bathroom, a safe and plenty of hanging space for clothes. The breakfast was well maintained at all times, nothing ever ran out. Enough good choices, scrambled eggs, bacon & frankfurter sausages in the hot section. Bread, rolls, coissants, pasties the wonderful pastel de natas, cereals, some fruits, ham, cheese and tomatoes. There’s a self help pancake maker which was worth a try! All in all a good hotel, priced keenly too.

Hotel com bom custo benefício, bem localizado. Infelizmente haviam obras no hotel, bem ao lodo do quarto no dia da estada o que tornou a permanência inconveniente. A recepção informou não haver nenhum outro quarto disponível no dia
