This property is really run down. Lightings are dim, furnitures are so old, and they still have the very old 32 thick plasma TV. I booked king Suite, but very disappointed. This is a 3 Stars hotel at best. Guess I have higher expectations from a DoubleTree Hilton brand.

Easy check-in

Room was great. I asked for a room close to the elevator and was given the room furthest away. There was an enter and exit bars case put up for kids. It was hard to move the cart when leaving the hotel. Some staff members were rude and others very helpful and friendly.

The first room was nice. We had a corner two queen bedroom. Very spacious and was able to see the pool and parking lot. Oh how can I forget, we was on the top floor. It was only 7 floors lol but felt good.

The room was a little older but overall we had a fantastic stay. I do have to say that housekeeping started trying to get in to clean the room at 840am and I was still sleeping.. other than that I would book here again. I just have to remember to put the DND sign on the door first.

The Expedia picture was of another property. Otherwise nice hotel with beautiful lobby and easy access for a one night stay.

This hotel is badly in need of improvement and remodeling. The furniture, bathrooms and appliances are very old making the room very unappealing. Some of the front desk staff were not pleasant.

We loved the hotel overall, however the room we discovered had bed bugs and we were both bitten by the morning. But the beds were quite comfortable and the room was very well appointed otherwise!

This was good

We checked in after 5, set our things in the room we booked and left to Disneyland park. We got back to the room close to midnight. We immediately packed out things back up and left the hotel because there was a huge cockroach crawling from the room to the bathroom. We spoke to someone and then went down to the front desk. No one could help us. It’s been several weeks and the manager is giving us the run around and not getting back to us. I never leave reviews and I have worked in customer service for over 15 years. This is really upsetting and disappointing since we drove all the way back home at midnight and never got a call back or any thing.

My stay was great loved everything no complaints

Our stay was so awesome. Very comfortable, and clean. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Area was also super close to Disney, but not too much to where it felt crowded. Loved our stay and will definitely book here again.

good plaece

This was a great experience from checking in, to enjoying the suite, the pool, and the restaurants, and to checking out. We finally found a greay place around Disneyland.

Very nice workers

Couldn’t come to this property because of a family emergency. Expedia was amazing at trying to get me a refund. Hotel wouldn’t budge and give me a refund. I hope someday that manager insnt in our shoes. Don’t book if you aren’t 100% sure you can stay here!
