The Ramada was great - employees were very nice and helpful, room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Never went to the gym only relax in bed and that was cosy

The heater in the room was noisy and turned it off to sleep. Temp dropped to -2 C by morning time.

Stayed unexpectedly so didn't check out facilities, restaurant was nice, room had nice features, staff were friendly and professional. Some upgrades in past years but could use a few more in hallways and elevators. Overall good place for the money

My mom & I stayed in a room with a separate bedroom; I slept on the couch. The room was clean, spacious & nicely laid out. There was a kitchenette area, which could have been used had I realized, but note there are no dishes or cutlery provided. Our stay was during a big snow storm, so nothing was open in town on the main day we were there. The restaurant was able to open in the evening because a kind lady stayed, working a double shift, and served a packed restaurant herself! We all may have gone hungry otherwise. The food was delicious, and the service great. That lady was a heroine, and all the hotel staff were nice and helpful. Only downside to hotel was accessibility barriers. There are 3 steps to get down to the reception desk, & an extremely long trek, including ramps up, to get to the elevator. I should have called ahead to ensure accessibility for my mom, they did have a suitable room on the main floor which would have been easier on her. I just never would have guessed the elevator would not be in the main reception area. Overall a great stay & good value for the money.
