Service could have been better. Too many mosquitoes in the lobby and restaurants. Took long time to replenish food stations.

Breakfast was decent bacon was cooked pretty good. Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue was someone had charged dinner buffet to our room. So make sure to double check your bill before leaving. The front desk staff took care of the error.

Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there.

Owais at the front desk stood out for his charm, efficiency and courtesy. The Satvik thali at the Varuna stood out as it was absolutely delicious. The welcome was somewhat lacking and half hearted - didn’t get the drum and sweets, which I saw others receive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and turned in nicely at night. Access to the steam room was somewhat cumbersome and tedious. Having recently stayed at the Jaagir Manor, Pilibhit house, and Anandkashi - I missed the high tea.

Das Hotel war einfach hervorragend. Wellness jenseits meiner Erwartungen. Yoga Lessons mit Vikas top. Aber das unglaublichste sind die Freundschkeit des Personals: Ravi, Asif, Prachi, Prateek, Pem und Riki. Ich hoffe bald zu kommen.
