Such a beautiful and amazing stay we had with our family. We had a group booking with three families and it was memorable. The staff made sure we were well taken care of, well fed, and they were so warm. Taj lives its name and I am happy with my decision to stay here. Food has so many options and very tasty too.

Loved the stay at Taj Ganges, Varanasi. Great Place for family stay with lot of greenery, fresh mango and to taste local culinary. Breakfast was stunning awesome with lots of love served along with the food. Their team deepak, punam, Abhilash and Rohit were super helpful and gave us tour of local food tour by serving. Surely we love to come back.

Staff was helpful. Food was average. Continental food and breakfast offering was better than the rest of lunch/dinner options. Car service was excellent!!

Luxe accomodatie in Banares (Varanasi). Groot zwembad en nieuwe gym in de tuin. Mooi ontbijtbuffet. Bij aankomst wel heel druk bij de receptie. Er wordt een nieuw deel bijgebouwd naast het hotel. Geen last gehad van de werkzaamheden.

We stayed for 2 nights at Taj Ganges. Property is nice and staff - Muskan is friendly and helpful. However, the bed sheets in one of our room had tea stains and was dirty and the bedsheet was not changed, we observed the same bed sheet was covered with another sheet next day, it kinda lacked quality of a 5 star hotel like Taj, except that food, transportation service from hotel and reception staff was great.

The staff especially at the Reception, were immaculate. They were very helpful and had a smile on their faces. A special thanks to Mr Khan at the reception !
