Great Location, Super Nice people and Service.

Great location. Clean and lovely staff. Would stay here again

This was not a waterfront hotel and certainly not worth what we paid. The breakfast coffee tasted like mud. The toilet was almost touching the bidet head to head so a struggle to use the toilet. The shower looked awful and difficult to use and put me off using it. The rest of the hotel was nice but not our room. No supermarkets around to buy water. The hotel charges 4 euros for water. The proximity to the lake and train station was excellent.

Only there for one night and we were in a section of the hotel that seemed brand new. Very nice, clean and tidy and comfortable. We left early the next day so that's all I know.

The outstanding feature of our stay was the brilliant help and support of the staff, who helped us organise an airport bus when an unexpected train strike was on. We were so grateful and impressed.

The room was small but clean. Staff was very gentle and professional. There is a parking where you can park your car for 15€, as there is not a lot of place where to park in the city. Ive had a good stay.

Hotel bien situé proche de la gare et du centre. Chambre calme. Bon petit-déjeuner. Je n'ai pas apprécié la diode verte trop lumineuse au plafond.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay, the hotel is perfectly located, the staff are really friendly and helpful, we had a lake view room, could not fault it - would recommend.

Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité,un très bel hotel bien situé trés proche du lac,chambre spacieuse,trés propre et bien équipée et l'on retrouve du marbre sur tous les sols et escaliers d'un trés bel effet,bravo je recommande!en face de l'hotel un grand parking exterieur et sinon un parking intérieur au sous sol de l'hotel avec un petit supplément,

A lot of noice Not very clean

Unser Zimmer lag im Neubau des Hotels. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Glas-Duschabtrennung war nicht befestigt, die Diagonalstütze habe ich mit eigenem Werkzeug angebracht. Danach war Duschen kein Problem. Der Waschbeckenabfluss mit Kugelschreiber-Mechanik war blockiert, das sollte schnellstens behoben werden. Hotelfrühstück sehr gut, Empfang etwas sehr sachlich, Gesamteindruck des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Lage "in der zweiten Reihe" ist sehr altstadtnah, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen

Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité vécue!! La chambre était petite, mauvaise literie, pas de balcon, salle de bain vétuste et minuscule. Un volet déroulant ne fonctionnait pas, la lunette des toilettes ne tenait que d’un côté! Il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour que quelqu’un daigne réparer, sans aucune excuse de la part de la direction. Une prise au dessus du lit dont le cache s’etait arraché dès que l’on a branché un chargeur est restée tel qu’elle ainsi que des traces de verre encore visible sur les tablettes en plastique de la sdb et sur les tables de nuit, ménage général très rudimentaire. Bref expérience qui ne sera pas renouvelée et que je ne conseille pas !!

Check in was fast, i wanted a meal and tge reception recommended a restaurant not far away which was excellent. Room was fine and breakfast was of a goid standard with a great choice. I would stay here again.

Hotel très sympathique, refait à neuf, et très bien situé dans Stresa, le parking permet de laisser la voiture au garage durant le séjour et tout faire à pied. Petit déjeuner très copieux, personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. A recommander.

The hotel was an excellent choice for a weekend trip to Stresa. The location is central and close to the beach, but not next to a busy road. An iron was not available and there is no experience with breakfast, but otherwise the service and accommodation are really smooth. You could park your car for an extra fee in the parking garage under the hotel, really easy!

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, im Zentrum des Ortes, Frühstück ok, Garage im Haus

Einfaches Hotel in einer Seitenstraße, dennoch dicht am See, also günstig gelegen. Vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß erreichbar und sicher gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist ein bßchen abgenutzt. Mit Standard-Frühstück bietet das Hotel nichts Besonderes, aber ist relativ günstig im Vergleich zur Nachbarschaft, und das Personal hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Ich würde wieder hinfahren.
