Trevlig receptionist, antagligen ägaren, en stilig italienska

Chambre petite et désuète. Idem pour salle de bain La 1ère personne qui a accepté qu'on dépose nos valises avant le check-in était sympathique. Celle qui nous a donné notre clé était désagréable et distante. Elle a tendu la clé à l'annonce de notre nom et a remis son nez dans ses dossiers. Il nous a été proposé de payer les petits dej en cash pour un montant inférieur à celui affiché

Kort vei fra jernbanestasjon. Fin frokost.

All was great, especially the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Only minor problem was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. We would stay there again.

Läget var bra där man hade nära till de äldre centrala delarna av Stresa. Det fanns bra valmöjligheter under frukosten.

Perfekt läge i centrala Stresa med parkering. Bra frukostbuffé.

Central Hotel near lake, station and town. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean but basic rooms. Would benefit from fridge/safe.

Gute Lage Wir konnten das Auto in der Strasse beim Hotel parkieren. Die Zimmer waren schon älter aber für diesen Preis ok Gutes Frühstück

Abbiamo trascorso qui solo una notte, ma il soggiorno é stato piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione strategica: vicina al centro di Stresa e alle principali attrazioni. Notevole anche la colazione molto varia e completa.

Leider hatte ich ein schon älter ausgestattetes Zimmer, aber es war sauber und alles drin, was man brauchte. Ich hatte ein DZ mit Balkon/Seeblick. Das Frühstück habe ich in der Nähe privat eingenommen, am See, das war schön. Parkplatz habe ich von der Unterkunft vorab bei Buchung resrviert ist eine Tiefgarage, Plätze sehr eng, aber wenn man Parken kann, geht es gut 😅 Alles in allem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt und die Lage war perfekt.

This was not a waterfront hotel and certainly not worth what we paid. The breakfast coffee tasted like mud. The toilet was almost touching the bidet head to head so a struggle to use the toilet. The shower looked awful and difficult to use and put me off using it. The rest of the hotel was nice but not our room. No supermarkets around to buy water. The hotel charges 4 euros for water. The proximity to the lake and train station was excellent.

Only there for one night and we were in a section of the hotel that seemed brand new. Very nice, clean and tidy and comfortable. We left early the next day so that's all I know.

The outstanding feature of our stay was the brilliant help and support of the staff, who helped us organise an airport bus when an unexpected train strike was on. We were so grateful and impressed.

The room was small but clean. Staff was very gentle and professional. There is a parking where you can park your car for 15€, as there is not a lot of place where to park in the city. Ive had a good stay.

Hotel bien situé proche de la gare et du centre. Chambre calme. Bon petit-déjeuner. Je n'ai pas apprécié la diode verte trop lumineuse au plafond.
