Very accommodating to my handicapped mother and her service dog. Extremely friendly staff. Very Marriott trained in hospitality. Would stay here again in a minute!

It was a wonderful stay

This was a good hotels they work with us to help to help get our room they was 100 percent working with us and help us get our room when the place was doing renovations.

we did not know we were staying on the opening night and would never have know based on the quality of service and the super friendly staff!!

It was close to friends we were visiting and the local skiing. Unfortunately, there was a constant odor of frying foods, fish, etc. in the hallways, daily, bad enough we saw employees trying to spray deodorizer to cover it up. It was enough my son felt nauseous it was right across from his room. There has to be limits on what people are cooking that infringe on others staying at the same hotel.

It was fine for one night.

Breakfast was not good at all. Sugar only no protein. Coffee was not good either….

The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life.

Great place. Clean, good food, good location

The bathroom reeked of cigarettes. The hallway smelled like curry. The pool was too cold to swim. The breakfast hot food was barely edible. The staff were lovely. There was a loud domestic dispute with doors slamming and cursing at 7 am on a Sunday.

Close proximity to medical school and ver good staff 24/7.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet as well and they had a good breakfast.

We come down to Worcester to see family and have always stayed at the Residence Inn. Now going on 12 years doing so, “We’ll be back!” 👍

Near hospital

The check in was so easy and the front desk lady was very sweet and personable.

Property is well maintained. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Canceled my reservation as I was checking because they overbooked! No other place to stay with 2 dogs

I ask for water which was complementary and the lady at the counter got nasty with my self...
