The place was charming and elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast was plentiful and is in easy walking distant to many historic sites. Would definitely stay again

Très bel hôtel de style, bien situé, chambre propre et accueillante. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. L'équipe est particulièrement sympathique et professionnelle. La piscine est un plus très agréable. A recommander sans hésitation.

The pool that can be privatised!

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui aurait besoin que les chambres soient rénovées. Prix de la chambre 2 personnes standard trop élevé par rapport à la prestation attendue d un 4 étoiles.

Lovely hotel with an old-fashioned style (in a good way!), spacious rooms, with the water, coffee/tea set. Bathroom with bath and shower has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet location, walking distance to the centre and Reims Cathedral.

Really nice hotel.

Lovely place to stay in Reims, but you need to walk a bit to get anywhere. The closest restaurant is 10 minutes walk away, and there is nothing at the hotel besides breakfast that must be ordered the night before.

The Hotel is well located. You can visit landmarks and historic sites in Reims as well as restaurants and wineries. Close to Epernay. Confortable, classic and affordable

Hôtel magnifique très agréable, le personnel tout à fait charmant, literie parfaite, petit bémol 20 euros pour 1 heure de piscine privatisé non spécifié dans l’annonce, cela reste tout de même un hôtel très bien et la piscine ainsi que le sauna sont vraiment super

The location was fabulous! The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms had everything we needed. AC worked incredibly well, excellent WiFi and more amenities. Loved the bathroom in our deluxe room! Would love to come back for a longer stay.

I thought to pay 20 euros for parking was ridiculous. Especially as this is Hôtel parking around the back. Easy access to Reims and friendly staff. Only just 4 stars

Great location minutes away from sights and square and free tram and bus stop. Delicious breakfast good choice of buffet. Reception staff were excellent very helpful. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Would recommended staying here in this gorgeously renovated mansion house.
