Interesting geography of hotel in lovely town and good location. Very friendly staff. Hotel car park 10€ per night 300 yds away. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Despite being in a quiet area, quite a lot of noise at night from people talking nearby until 1am. Food in hotel good but glacial service in restaurant.

Clean room no salon like description says- AC was not working probably. Staff was not helpful at all. The area is really turned off. Nothing opened to eat out of business so if you just staying to chill then it’s good.

Excellent hotel to stay at when in Puglia. It's extremely well located near Polignano a Mare, with incredible views, restaurants, and some shops. It has a fantastic Medieval look all over, as it is located in the Center of everything. It has a beautiful Cathedral in front and a very safe area. The staff is outstanding, caring, and very resourceful. They have very well-trained people managing several languages to communicate. It's immaculate and has all you need inside and outside the rooms. I highly recommend this Hotel!

O hotel tem uma localização excepcional. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e as instalações são muito confortáveis. Certamente, se eu voltar à Conversano, ficarei novamente nesse hotel. Super indico.

El hotel es una belleza historia!! Las habitaciones impecables! La atención de los propietarios como del personal magnífica! Las Sras que se encargan de la limpieza lindas y muy atentas, la Sra María divina!! El restaurante no se queda atrás! La comida muy buena, abundante y la atención! Miriam, Lina, Alessandro, todos un encanto. Monica y el staff de front desk muy atentos y amables. De las mejores experiencias de mi vida!! Ahh y el spa!!! Todo divino!

Muy lindo el hotel y muy buena ubicación

Di buono c’è il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente pulita ma la camera era scomoda (solo un armadio sacrificato, niente cassettiera, i sanitari mal posizionati) e decisamente “vintage”. Bene le parti comuni e la posizione in pieno centro della bellissima Conversano. Da migliorare il servizio ai tavoli del ristorante (un cameriere troppo invadente e con tratti di incompetenza imbarazzanti: non ha saputo servire un pesce cotto ai ferri, ma anche altre pecche, a cominciare dai vestiti molto stazzonati).

Fint hotell med bra restaurant. Noe slitt, men fungerer utmerket. Hyggelig personale.

Super nice hotel in a city that we just loved! Breakfast was great and the location in the center of the old town with walking distance to everything. Quiet and nice. We used the Spa and even that met our expectations.

l'hotel est très bien situé, dans la ville historique ce dont il résulte un calme absolu; compte tenu d'un établissement historique, il y a forcément un agencement qui n'est pas régulier mais cela a tout son charme et les vieilles pierres sont magnifiques de ce fait pas de parking sur place mais des places disponibles non loin de là les chambres sont spacieuses et pourvues de tout le confort le personnel est charmant et disponible le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié avec des produits typiques bravo!

Ogni volta che si arriva al vicolo che ospita la struttura, si rimane incantati. La nostra stanza poi era davvero un gioiello. Era come vivere in un castello. Ecco, forse ci ha dato un po’ di filo da torcere la ricerca di un parcheggio la sera, ma nulla di insormontabile. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, sono le foto che pubblicizzano l’hotel: non rendono giustizia alla sua vera bellezza

Innegabile la bellezza della struttura. Deludente i servizi di ristorazione. Sala colazione piccola ed incapace di accogliere tutti gli ospiti. La colazione stessa scarsa in varietà e quantità. Peccato perchè tutto il resto è veramente meritevole

The environment where the hotel is placed is amazing and the rooms are nice and quiet. As an improvement point it would be good to renew the bathrooms as they are very old.
