The hotel is tired in places with many of the rooms requiring maintenance eg leaking toilet flushes or smelling of damp and heating not working etc. the hotel offers a lot of amenities however check in staff are so rushed given numbers attending each day that they are unable to explain all the features, so you will have to find this out for yourself. The upgrade didn’t happen as they were fully booked and the arrival wine had been missed but was rectified a few days later. The spa services were good and on the whole the food was pleasant

Un hotel di queste dimensioni oltre a parlare inglese francese e tedesco dovrebbero parlare anche un po' in italiano visto ke la prima lingua maltese è stata proprio l italiano. Per il Resto non male.. I cibi in particolare la frutta non aveva sapore anche se siamo sul mediterraneo. Le attività non male. Bei spettacoli serali. Il posto è stupendo perché accessoriato

Loved the fact room cleaned impeccably each day (thanks Wilma) - loads for the children beach volleyball, baby slide, food decent, it's inexpensive hotel - so a bit shady around the edges but was good family trip

The resort was OK, expected much more for this resort but the reception staff were of little help the entire stay, which left s bad taste in the mouth. The food tastes the same in all the restaurants including the main buffet, tasteless, some of the staff working there were helpful, but most were not.

We stayed here for seven days for our honeymoon. The area is lovely and close to the water but it is NOT beachfront. We received an upgraded room and bottle of Prosecco for booking with Expedia. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well enough, although it runs on motion sensors and seemed to turn off in the middle of the night. The fan stopped working while we were there and despite a maintenance request, nobody ever came to fix our mini fridge which was not keeping anything cold. The staff was terrific and kind and everyone spoke English. The buffet was good but not great. Not a ton of variety and the meats left something to be desired. The vegetables were not fresh, you could tell by the crinkle cut carrots that they were frozen. The desserts were uninspiring but the ice cream was great. If you have been to an All Inclusive in Mexico or Aruba or Jamaica, you will be disappointed. Also, this is a family resort, so expect dozens of screaming children and all bars to be closed by midnight. Zero nightlife. Tons of British tourists who all smoke for some reason. The Levant restaurant was the best of the a la cartes, while Salia and the Brazilian BBQ were also very good. The Asian restaurant was very disappointing. Lots of pools and we never had an issue finding a sun lounger. Do not pay for the All Inclusive Plus unless you REALLY want name brand liquors. The AI lounge never had a single person in it and it closes at 10pm.

Great hotel for a family vacation. Large pool area, very good food.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit erreichbar und gewillt die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Umgebung und das Areal sind optimal.

Struttura bellissima, personale stupendo. Ho viaggiato con mio marito e i miei figli di 2 anni e 2 mesi. C'era tutto quello che occorreva per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Avevamo preso una quadrupla ma ci hanno aiutato facendo l'upgrade alla familiare (due stanze) senza problemi. Il check in era alle 15 ma ci hanno fatto entrare in camera alle 12. Le camere sono grandi, c'è tutto l'occorrente necessario, puliscono perfettamente e cambiano la biancheria tutti i giorni. (Grazie Lila). Animazione fantastica, non sono assillanti! Spettacolo serale vario e adatto ad ogni età. Cibo internazionale delizioso e vario. Pure mia figlia ha sempre mangiato tutto! I teli si noleggiano al costo di 10€ l'uno (cauzione) che poi restituiscono. Ho letto molti commenti che dicevano che a noi italiani ci trattavano male, a noi ci hanno coccolato fino allo sfinimento. Unica nota negativa è che l'hotel non ha una spiaggia attrezzata. Ha un costo extra di 6€ per ombrellone e 6€ ogni sdraia. Comunque le piscine dell'hotel compensano molto!

Sauberes Hotel. Genügend Liegestühle am Pool, auch nachmittags noch welche frei. Essen ist für jeden etwas dabei, wenn nicht dann ist er selber schuld. Strand ist gleich in der Nähe. Einziges Manko, Liegen und Schirme sind nicht inklusive.

The hotel is reasonable if tired in places. Bar queuing system was a little trusting and choice of drinks limited. Wine was pretty much undrinkable and even purchase options were limited. Food was ok, good to have non buffet restaurant options too. Breakfast was decent though the coffee wasn’t great. Towel collection and deposit system annoying for an all inclusive - plus the towels are tiny and not beach size, better to take your own. The spa facilities were excellent and I enjoyed two treatments during my visit. The entertainment was pretty good - dancers worked hard and were talented - the dome venue seems mostly for families, adult entertainment of Disney show was a bit weird.

Hotel adatto a famiglie con bambini, cibo internazionale adatto a tutti. Bellissime piscine e spiaggia fronte albergo. Imbarchi per i traghetti a due passi. Letti comodi, camera spaziosa. Aria condizionata molto intensa, ma abbiamo chiesto di spegnere il sensore in camera.

Resort mit 7 Restaurants, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Keine großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bus direkt vorm Hotel.

L'hôtel est vraiment super, les activités, les spectacles, les piscines, la diversification des restaurants et buffets, la nourriture est excellente, il y en a pour tous les gouts. La plage juste devant l'hôtel... on a adoré!

In generale tutto ok, la struttura merita ma ha bisogno di prendere molti accorgimenti per essere TOP. Per me occorre migliorare: - Animazione Non può finire alle 11 della sera - Assumere Barman professionali e utilizzare brand di qualità L’opzione All Inclusive Plus che prevede cocktails internazionali inclusi, altrimenti non serve - Controllare prezzi gelati Due gelati non possono costare €.13,20, è follia. - Migliirare l’offerta buffet Forse meno cose ma di qualità farebbero la differenza. Le camere sono confortoveli. I minibar vuoti e riempiti solo se lo chiedi. Nel mio caso Minibar non funzionante per tutta la durata del soggiorno, cambiato due volte ma l’intervento non è servito nonostante i solleciti. Personale Squisitissimo, gentile, disponibile, soprattutto Marion che c’era sempre quando avevamo bisogno. Comunque ci ritorneremo sicuramente, vedremo le differenze.
