We had such a wonderful stay from start to finish! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a super quaint and charming lobby area that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring. The location of this hotel is a 10/10. Our group highly recommends this property for your stay in Bergen!

Lovely, peaceful place in a great location. The street outside can be bustling with people but once one steps into the hotel it is an oasis of peace. Very clean, helpful and personable staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of tasty choices. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very crowded. The elevators worked not too well. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious but a bit old… the bathroom was not renovated a while… the location is very good and so was the breakfast

A daily, generous dinner and breakfast buffet option available, included in our room rate, was a definite benefit. It was quite wet, windy and chilly during our stay in Bergen. We were quite happy to return to the hotel after a day of touring, and not having to venture out again to get dinner on a soggy evening was lovely. All in all, the staff, location and accommodations were quite good.

Despite an ongoing hospitality Union workers strike at the time, the front desk staff took exceptional care of my wife and me. Upgrading us to the Statsraaden was the highlight of our stay in Bergen. The breakfast was superb, as I’m certain dinners would’ve been as well, if they hadn’t been prevented by the strike. We genuinely look forward to returning.

Handsome classic hotel conveniently located next to airport bus stop, right in the heart of old town near historic sites and an easy walk to Kode, the main museum. Breakfast offers an varied array of options and the complimentary tea time and light supper are a bonus.

Très bel hôtel extrêmement bien situé dans le quartier historique de Bryggen Très joli salon convivial avec thé et café à volonté et pose « Fika » avec quelques gâteaux l’après midi La formule petit déjeuner et dîner compris est parfaite Le petit déjeuner est formidable, le dîner est très bien aussi Tout a donc été quasi parfait La chambre au 6eme étage avec des velux est un peu en dessous de ce que l’on attendait pour une chambre supérieure

Comfortable room once in for disabled user but rather a bump over at entrance to the room. Breakfast fabulous Staff friendly throughout & reception staff helpful . Made to feel very welcome

Vi hadde det utmerket på Havnekontoret. Meget gode senger, god (og inkludert) mat - middagen ble omtalt som «lett», men jeg ble stappmett. Rommene var fine, og området er stille og rolige. Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved Bryggen. Personalet var vennlig og hjelpsomt. Vi fikk en gratis oppgradering da vi ba om to separate senger i ett av rommene. Kommer gjerne igjen.
