Room was spacious and comfortable, but the kitchenette was tiny... a bit more bench space would be good. No tea or coffee supplied, but it was good to have the facility to cook if we didn't feel like eating out. Shower was excellent, wi-fi was good, staff were very accommodating. Location one street back from the foreshore, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach.

Second visit to the Luna. Staff so helpful as always. This is a quiet well positioned hotel complex with a heated pool. A hidden gem.

Very accessible to public transportation. Close to a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to the public beach. There's a convenience store at the basement level. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent.

Got a bigger room than 4 years ago.Pet bowl provider even a pet beda. Receptionist was very helpful.

Very noisy both outside due to ongoing construction and inside due to the lack of respect of other guests staying and shouting and banging doors at all times

Ne conseille pas la demi pension. Il vaut mieux manger à la carte au snack piscine. Très bon accueil à la réception. Hôtel près de la plage Ghadira. Arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel pour se rendre à Valletta ou Cirkewa. Piscine réservée aux adultes et piscine familiale séparée. Deux jacuzzi sur le toit.

Nice hotel with excellent location for beach and restaurants

I can't give this hotel enough stars. The staff are the very best I've ever come across. Our daughter who lives in Malta became unwell when we visited her and the staff went out of their way to help us and arrange for us to extend our stay. The hotel is modern, well appointed, well serviced, welcoming and the staff are happy and always helpful. I am so glad I got to stay here.

Excelente atención e instalaciones. Balneario chico que tiene todos los servicios, un poco alto los gastos comparado con otras ciudades. El hotel muy cómodo.

Wenn ich in den Urlaub fahre erwarte ich eigentlich einen täglichen room Service und nicht nur 3 x die Woche. Es ist gar nicht notwendig immer alle Handtücher auszuwechseln, in anderen Hotels gilt immer : was auf dem Boden liegt wird gewechselt. Aber hier wurde immer alles gewechselt. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen dasselbe und Müsli leider nur Fertigprodukte und immer die gleichen 2 Sorten Joghurt. Abendessen die ganze Woche dasselbe Gemüse, wenigstens beim Fleisch und Fisch wurde abgewechselt. Aber geschmeckt hat alles sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Speisesaal,war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war auch nicht so schön, dafür von unserer Dachterasse mega schön. Er war sehr sauber.

The hotel was very good value (Feb) and is in a good location with many rooms with sea view. A parade of shops nearby and plentiful bus services nearby All staff were really nice and friendly I upgraded to include breakfast and this was good Room was ok but the bed itself was dreadful. Very hard and also lots of springs. At night the room was very cold but the air con is above the bed and keeping that on gives you a sore throat. For these reasons my sleep each night was awful sadly which was main reason for lowering points Also whilst the hotel doesn’t run its own shuttle but provides an option where you can book shuttles to support visiting the island. Sadly for us it was a bit of a shambles We were visiting Mdina and we went to Valetta. The driver forgot to drop us at Mdina so then took us back and gave us all a time for the return which didn’t correspond with the published time and the time was neither, we waited an hour! We messaged the shuttle provider who frankly didn’t care. Another day we went to the nice fishing village and the driver was saying so many accidents as various roads were closed. Passengers on the shuttle knew there was a marathon that day which seemed to completely escape the shuttle provider Give me a nice bed in summer season and a decent shuttle and I would go back

Overall a wonderful and very comfortable stay in the Luna, the only thing that was a little annoying was the hot tub on the roof was cold, I’m unsure if it’s just a time of year thing or what but that working would’ve made the experience 100000% perfect!

La struttura si presenta bene, ha una bella hall, una bella piscina eccetera ma le camere monolocale standard non sono allo stesso livello. Il bagno è vecchio, il wc non scaricava bene e perdeva con conseguente puzza. la doccia non aveva il miscelatore, non si poteva regolare l'altezza del doccino e il doccino aveva un getto a schizzo perché pieno di calcare.il cucinino funzionale anche se molto piccolo

Esattamente come me lo aspettavo La struttura è' bella ed in una buona posizione, le camere un po' vecchiotte ed in particolare il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare. Siamo in alta stagione ma per il prezzo pagato le camere avrebbero dovuto essere più confortevoli e quantomeno con colazione inclusa
