Great location as near to beach and restaurants. All rooms have sea views and are clean with comfy beds. They gift you a free beach bag and hat for every room. Very nice touch. Hotel do provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash. However the body wash is from a dispenser and did not get topped up when it became empty. Breakfast was all right, it is repetitive and only wish there was more hot food options.

Poderia ter dado 5 estrelas em todos os itens, no entanto, os problemas de limpeza causados pelas andorinhas não permitem isso nas janelas e varandas e, consequentemente, nas zonas envolventes ao edifício. É uma pena. Esta questão deve mesmo ser resolvida.

Hotel recentemente remodelado no interior, muito confortável e com todas as comodidades necessárias para umas férias tranquilas e com total conforto . Excelente acesso à praia, piscina e bar muito agradáveis, restaurante na praia muito simpático, local de pequeno almoço também muito agradável e pequeno almoço muito bom e ainda acrescenta-se a facilidade de parque estacionamento e os funcionários também muito prestáveis . O hotel por fora ainda está antigo, mas no seu interior foi uma excelente surpresa.

Newly refurbed property which we visited during a soft opening. Some things are yet to be completed but overall a much improved appearance including a remodelled pool. Worth a visit

Das Hotel ist super. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check in war aufmerksam und freundlich und hat uns alles genau erklärt. Die Außenanlagen sind komplett neu und wunderschön gemacht. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr neu und schön sowie funktional eingerichtet und auch sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Dusche groß mit hervorragendem Wasserdruck. Es ist ruhig und auch von den Nachbarn hört man gar nichts. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick. Der Strand ist über Stege sehr schnell erreichbar. Er ist kilometerlang, aus feinstem Sand und ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Das Buffet zum Frühstück ist genial, es mangelt an gar nichts, Kaffee und Osaft sehr lecker und das selbstgemachte Brot kann ich nur empfehlen. Größtes und bestes Buffet, das wir je hatten. Das einzige, das uns etwas gestört hat, war, dass der Ort klein und eher wie in der Vorsaison gewirkt hat (Ende Mai), wenige Läden und Restaurants. Uns zu ruhig, aber natürlich Geschmackssache. Das Hotel und den Strand besuchen wir jederzeit gerne wieder.

The experience was amazing because of the location and the views from the room. The people working there very servicial and polite. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a champagne bottle in my room. But the indoor pool was cold, and the steam bath was without maintenance. Breakfast amazing I think needs time to be ready but overall very nice.

Beautiful and quite location near border with Spain. Nice rooms , lobby and restaurant. Easy access to the beach and 6 minutes from Monte Gordo.

Pretty much as expected. There was no water the last morning so the goodbye impression did suffer. Cold bath on a Tuesday morning - NOT nice way of starting the day :(

Absolutely great few days in Altura. The beach is lovely and the hotel was great. We had renovated rooms which were nice and modern. The breakfast and the beach restaurant were very good.

Eu costumo me hospedar no hotel, desde 2019. Os quartos superiores são muito confortáveis, ao contrário dos standart (que são diminutos e desconfortáveis, especialmente aareade banho). O atendimento na recepção é sempre excelente e muito gentil, com destaque para a Sra Cidália. O pequeno almoço precisa de ajustes, tanto com relação à organização dos equipamentos (torradeira muitas vezes sem a montagem adequada), e mais zelo na confecção dos alimentos (pãeszinhos caracóis mal cozidos, bacon queimado, frutas cortadas de véspera, por vezes já deteriorando) etc. E o atendimento no pequeno almoço não andou bem no mês de setembro, com empregados a chegar 30 minutos após a abertura do salão, fazendo com que pratos, loiças, talheres, copos e xícaras usados fossem se acumulando nas mesas. Enfim, é o único ponto que precisa de ajustes. A ideia de colocar música ao vivo à noite foi fantástica. Músicos realmente de 1ª linha, com repertório excelente. Cria um ambiente especial. É um lugar que repito sempre que posso e recomendo. A praia é fantástica e está a escassos passos do hotel.

Det var et dejligt ophold. Hvis vi skal sige noget der er mindre godt, skal det være en buffet, vi tilkøbte. De fisk der var på buffeten, var en bradepande med kartofler og nogle fisk vi ikke kunne finde. Det andet var en ukendt fisk som ikke var renset for ben. Der var mere ben end der var fisk. Så vi har over alt være rigtig glade for vores ophold, men aftenbuffeten kunne vi godt undvære. Jeg har det lidt skidt med at sige det, fordi vi vil til enhver tid tage tilbage til dette hotel. Personalet var enestående søde servicen var i top rengøring var rigtig fin så alt i alt er vi rigtig glade for stedet. De fortjener den største anerkendelse. Jeg ville hellere betale 50 € for buffeten i stedet for 26 € og så få en rigtig god menu.

Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich und der Checkin verlief relativ unkompliziert und schnell. Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels war gut und gepflegt. Klar, es gibt Hotels die weitaus moderner aufgestellt/eingerichtet sind. Für uns war es leicht über unseren Erwartungen. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurde auch täglich sauber gehalten. Der Außen-/Poolbereich wurde auch täglich gereinigt und aufgeräumt und das Wasser im Pool war sauber. Das Publikum war eher im oberen Altersdurchschnitt, gefolgt von Familien mit Kindern - für uns passend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und qualitativ gut, jedoch ohne abwechselnde Speisen. An der Snackbar kann man Mittags eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen zu sich nehmen - Preise vergleichbar wie in D. Das Abendessen wurde nicht probiert, da wir auswärts gespeist haben - es gibt einige Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gut hat uns der Weg zum Strand gefallen, welcher sicher über Holzstege verlief und gepflegt war. Der Strand an sich ist super und sauber. Es können Sonnenschirme-/liegen angemietet werden - 18€/Tag. Wir haben uns 20m weiter direkt an den Sandstrand gelegt - hier sollte ein Schattenspender mitgebracht werden da keine Bäume/Palmen/etc. existieren. Uns als Familie hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

No se si es por falta de personal pero la limpieza de las habitaciones no es de lo mejor, en dos ocasiones no se limpio la habitación aun estando toda la mañana fuera de ella.

Pese al interés de los trabajadores del comedor, la comida no es buena. No tiene cocina en vivo y la falta de opciones sin gluten lo hacen poco recomendable. Pagamos media pensión para una semana y solo fuimos tres días. Eso si, en el Uca ( de pago ) espectacular
