Clean and friendly hotel in a great location

Great hotel in excellent location

The hotel has a great location , very near the old town and only a short walk to the beachfront. Our problem was the noise at night. The details of the room on your site state that the bedrooms are sound proofed, well they are not . We had a room on the 5th floor at the front of the hotel. There is noise all night long, from the traffic, from unloading overnight into the central market and rubbish collection Lorry’s , I don’t dispute the windows are double glazed but they are not sound proof. The term “ bar” and “ lounge” are also a stretch. On our first night we came back to the hotel at 21.00 and was told the bar was closed and on the second night we had a glass of wine in the hotel at 19.30 and by 20.00 the person serving drinks had gone and the lights were out, as I say great location but if you stay here do not have a room overlooking the front

Jeg bodde i fjerde etasje og opplevde at det var veldig lytt mellom gangen og rommene. Siden vi bodde der natt til lørdag, hadde vi sett frem til en rolig morgen, men kl. 08:00 startet rengjøringen med støvsuging rett utenfor døren. Dette var svært forstyrrende, spesielt med tanke på at ca. halvparten av rommene i etasjen hadde hengt ut 'ikke forstyrr'-skilt. Jeg vil foreslå at man starter med roligere rengjøringsoppgaver og heller venter med støvsugingen til nærmere slutten av frokosttiden, for eksempel nærmere kl. 11:00

Mycket bra frukost samt bra personal.

Centralt läge. Rent och snyggt. Bra åtgärder för att spara miljön. Frukostbuffé med något för alla smaker. Ett skohorn på rummet hade varit hjälpsamt, det saknades

Second time at Lucentum in 2025, only good experiences with this hotel.

Centralt beläget hotell! Hoppade av flygbussen precis utanför perfekt! Bokat en junior svit på 45 kvm som var perfekt. Fick ett rum mot sidogatan och hörde från trafik och människor som gick hem från pub gatan.
