All staff were amazing room was amazing just one thing could do with a bit more storage in family room an more than 1 chair maybe a small sofa as it’s a family room

Lovely newly decorated fresh room.

I traveled alone with my two sons, aged 9 and 7. This hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for staying with children. I really liked that the room had a combination of one king bed and two single beds, and the mattress was in excellent condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The room interior was clean, and the design was simple and modern. However, the sink was quite shallow, so we had to be careful to turn the water on gently to avoid splashing. One difficulty for me was that the door could be opened easily from the inside by a child. I wish there had been an additional safety lock to prevent it from opening. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were great, and I especially appreciated the long hours during which children are allowed to swim. It was also very convenient to have a pub and a Starbucks on the ground floor. Also, it was very convenient that there were plenty of electric vehicle charging stations in the car park. Although it is rated as a 3.5-star hotel, my experience felt far beyond that. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Not much to say as this was a one night stay and we were up and left before breakfast. This is our usual hotel when staying in the area and have always found it to be a great base, good bar area. Rooms are comfortable and clean

Clean room, relaxing spa

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back!

The spa wasn’t included so had to pay for that I think it should have been all inclusive!!

Room clean but there was a music coming from the gym at 7.50 am on Sunday and a lot of screaming feom the pool.i could've communicate with anybody from reception there was no response from my chat .

Helpful front desk staff Polite restaurant staff Very comfy bed and pillows In a busy location but quiet room Breakfast simple and fresh at 8am. Requested poached eggs and this was quickly served. Good value for money
