Clean rooms, decent breakfast and ideal location

Very comfortable room

Manque de variété au petit déjeuner, et le lit n’était pas vraiment confortable

Great budget option. Location is in Prague 1 near the dancing house. Within walking distance of old town square and wenceslas square . Also close to the metro so was very ideal. Facilities were good, no issues when checking in or out. Price was also very cheap. No complaints. Would consider staying here again the next time I go to Prague.

+ Tasty breakfast, big rooms, parking available for charge, elevator, coffee/tea behind the lobby 24/7, good location - rather older hotel, sauna is extra charge

El hotel tiene buena localización, pero la estadia fue horrible. Nos cambiaron de cuarto varias veces. La primera noche la habitación holia a humedad, holor a cigarrillo y la cama parecia una piedra. La segunda habitacion que nos cambiaron al segundo dia comenzo a liquiear agua del techo y se mojo toda la cama. Por ultimo la tercera habitacion que nos pusieron, el baño no tenia cortinas ni siquiera el tubo para ponerlas, fue un completo desastre. Para lo que pagamos no vale la pena. La recepción esta solo hasta las 7pm y luego de eso el check in es por telefono con un codigo. En las fotos se ve el hotel moderno, pero no lo esta.

Hotell med bra pris och läge MEN bilderna på hotellet motsvarar inte riktigt verkligheten dom är nog 5-10 år gammla och hotellet är ganska slitet. Lyhörda rum man hörde grannen ganska väl när han snarkade.

Central Place!

Récemment séjournés dans cet hôtel. Le seul vrai point positif, c’est l’emplacement, assez pratique, et le prix qui reste abordable. Malheureusement, le service est quasi inexistant. Et surtout, la propreté laisse à désirer. J’ai été particulièrement choqué par la brosse WC : tachée et posée dans un pot sans couvercle, juste à côté de la cuvette. Ce genre de détail en dit long sur l’entretien général.

The stuff are great and friendly..Kristina is very helpful and hardworking and the rest of the cleaning ladies are great overall ..

Le dieron una llave a otros pensando que no había nadie en la habitación y nos abrieron la puerta estando dentro. El desayuno deja mucho que desear. El último día nos llamaron para hacer el check out antes de la hora establecida. Por la noche no hay nadie en recepción, es todo telemático. Arañas y telarañas por todas partes. Poco papel higiénico para nuestra estancia. No había jabón ni de manos ni gel de baño, estaban rellenos de agua. Polvo por todos lados causando alergia. Poca luz en las habitaciones y en los exteriores.

Great location and breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Old dark red carpet.

Bed and general furnishings could do with updating.

Ukomfortabel seng samt dårlig belysning på værelset og hotellet generelt. Det føles som, at man sov direkte på fjedrene. Badeværelset var til gengæld rent og helt okay.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut es gab sehr viel Auswahl und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir hatten etwas Pech, weil dann grad eine finnische Handball Mannschaft mit vielen Heranwachsenden da war und es war beim Frühstück sowie nachts sehr laut. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Bettlaken hatten Löcher. Es waren Zigaretten, Brandlöcher im Teppichboden sowie an den Möbeln. Auf der Zierbettdecke war sogar ein Blutfleck. Die Lage vom Hotel ist einfach unschlagbar man ist fußläufig, so schnell überall und in der Nähe ist auch ein Supermarkt sowie mehrere Kiosk.

My stay at this hotel was awful. The shower water was ice-cold one night, making it unusable. When I reported this to reception, the staff rudely responded, “What do you want me to do about it?”—completely unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely advertises laundry services on Expedia and their website, even providing a “laundry bag” in the closet, but reception informed me they don’t offer this service. This misleading information and poor service made for a horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

To reach my room, I had to cross a room(conference) that was totally dark. The last day, althought the check out was at 11.00, at 10.00 the cleaning service knocked on my door, and I had to get out from the bathroom
