Muy buen hotel

Mooi hotel in grandeur stijl, zeer vriendelijke staff en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Ik zou hier opnieuw boeken. Kamers zijn zeer ruim en proper. Zwembad en gym zijn wat onderkomen en niet echt gezellig.

La ubicacion me parecio excelente, muy cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes y zona tranquila. El hotel muy bien conservado, limpio y comodo.

Un check in rapido, el valet un poco tardado, la limpieza no me gustó mucho porque algunos cojines tenian manchas y el lavabo aún tenía restos de una afeitada, la cama un poco dura. Los alimentos bien, y el servicio bien.

Un buen lugar para descansar

La estancia estuve terrible y es una pena porque el hotel me encanta pero esta fue la última vez que me hospedo ahí. Durante mi estancia, me asignaron una habitación en el tercer nivel y ningún día funcionó el elevador. Tampoco funcionó la TV. Tienen un problema grave de olor a cañería en los baños. El servicio de las recepcionistas y meseros deja mucho que desear. La ropa de cama y toallas con aspecto viejo.

The hotel is beautiful but the room was feeling empty: no glasses, no coffee machine, no face towel, no real soap. The bed sheet and pillow not really comfortable and old fashion. There was no attention to details. The bar was closed on Sunday and the food for the diner was a complete deception. The breakfast was good though with excellent service.

Me gustó que llegué antes del check in cansadísima y me dieron la habita Inmediatamente. Fueron muy amables

Amplía solo el tema de humedad, falta un poco de mantenimiento a algunas habitaciones y pasillos

our room was very spacious and clean. the downside is that there appears to be so much mold in hallway ceilings- water leak issues. this hotel appears to have been very luxurious at some point in time. nevertheless, it remains beautiful but it needs serious maintenance. staff was woderful!

The pool area is terrible!! Only one pool chair.. The view is a to a parking lot
