Nice, modern, clean hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is quite busy and was a bit noisy at night, but it is close to lots of nice bars, restaurants, and is only a few minutes walk from metro stations.

Great locatio , excellent staff and decent sized, comfortable rooms. This was our 2nd stay here and will be our go-to when visiting Madrid

Super petit hôtel, très bien placé . Chambre moderne et assez grande. Salle de petit déjeuner très conviviale et lumineuse. Rapport qualité/prix très correct. Une adresse que je garde précieusement pour un prochain séjour à Madrid.

Horrible, just horrible. It was extremely dirty and old. The breakfast was horrific. No amenities whatsoever. The only thing about this hotel that is decent is the location. Do not stay here at all costs!!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchos puntos de interés de la ciudad, limpio y adecuado en costo - beneficio. Hemos estado en dos ocasiones distinstas y nos ha gustado, la atención de Somar en la recepción es magnífica, nos marcó en un plano que él nos regaló todo lo que podríamos ver y conocer, nos trató muy bien y siempre buscaba cómo resolver nuestras dudas y ayudarnos. Seguro volvería en futuras visitas a Madrid.

Great location, clean, spacious and comfortable room

Great location, we love plaza Santa Ana and it’s walkability. Only bad thing is that since you’re in front of the plaza it gets noisy at night, so if you’re a light sleeper get a higher floor. The hotel was great.

Todo estubo bien, lo unico es que. En el tiempo que para Madrid es frio no ponen el aire acondicionado, y con la proteccion de las ventanas a prueba de ruidos no entra aire de afuera.
