I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Room Mate Alicia in Madrid! The location is simply perfect — right in Plaza Santa Ana, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and within walking distance of so many major attractions. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very quiet despite the lively area outside. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the large windows that let in so much natural light. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome. Breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid. I highly recommend Room Mate Alicia and would definitely come back!

Skøn og lys suite med god plads. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsom. Morgenmaden var simpel og blev serveret i et slidt lokale med beskidte stole, så var ikke samme høje niveau som hotellet. Beliggenheden var perfekt, tæt på alle de kendte turistattraktioner.

Le personnel était serviable, La chambre était de taille correcte. Dommage que la fenêtre donnait vers un patio ou une petite cours intérieure et donc avec en vis à vis une autre chambre.

Room temperature cannot be controlled, the room was too hot and uncomfortable, we did not get proper sleep the whole time we were there. Cleanliness could be improved as the room was dusty. The staff are friendly and warm.

We had a great stay at Room Mate Alicia. The best thing about this hotel is the location. From here you can easily walk to all the major tourist attractions of central Madrid. There is an endless supply of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel muito bem localizado no Bairro de Las Letras, com fácil acesso a pé tanto à região central quanto ao Paseo del Prado e Parque El Retiro. Acomodação agradável, aconchegante e espaçosa, com ótima cama e ducha. Atendimento correto e atencioso.
