Fui a Alto Calafate hace 17 años y lo recomendé con mis primos y ha sido de las mejores experiencias de su vida. excelente hotel, lujo alcanzable y muy muy agradable, la amabilidad en el servicio es excepcional, la pileta (piscina), las habitaciones hermosas. Todo excelentísimo

Me encanto el lugar, todo es muy bonito

the front desk staff where fantastic, very friendly and helpful on each stay. as where the restaurant and bar staff. the shuttle into town is a great service. spa with pool and sauna also great. one comment was that there did not appear to be a hotel manager around during all three stays.

Bad location, breakfast is terrible, no service .they charge the cappuccino but honestly is so bad . They play Christmas music in February. The personal gave no service. Avoid this hotel completely.

Bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique. Jolis sentiers pédestres avec chevaux en liberté!! Très bon buffet spécialement les grillades d’agneau au souper !! À 5 minutes du centre ville en voiture.

Nice place in a small town with limited options. Room was dated but overall pretty good. Breakfast was disappointing

The hotel has seen better days. The service and confort is not that of a 4 star hotel specially for the price. Im very disappointed by the low quality of the amenities such as the spa and the rooms. The breakfast was not good either.

Had to book an emergency last minute room and they accommodated me. Great service!

A lovely and very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. We spent Christmas Eve here and had a very nice Christmas dinner too. The restaurant and room service is a little on the expensive side, but the quality is very good. Would recommend.

Nice view from the entrance

Hotel has beautiful views. Hotel is nice and breakfast is very good. Rooms are dated and a little small… sound travels thru the walls very easily. Note the hotel is outside of town, need a car or bus, too far to walk.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem schlecht. Aber wenn man für viel Geld nicht viel bieten muss, warum sollte man….

Internet speed was very slow.

Staff was polite but was not very accommodating. We were not allowed to take drinks from the bar to sit in the lobby. Also they wouldn’t allow us to take coffee after breakfast up to our room.

Infraestructura un poco deteriorada. Habitaciones muy pequeñas no acorde con las de la fotografía.

Es muy lindo el lugar y la atención del personal. Sus instalaciones son preciosas y muy limpias
