Received upgrade to apartment (thank you) very spacious & well appointed close to main shopping strips - weather didn’t help site seeing

Great place, friendly staff and the best shower we had in our 2 weeks away. Definitely will be back if we stay in Warrnambool again.

The property is in an excellent location with very good amenities. The property was spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend a stay at Botanic Gardens Hotel

Only thing I could suggest is the car park is quite congested making it difficult for some to get out of

The place had everything you needed especially in the kitchen had oil, cooking utensils etc.. it was close to Woolworths walking distance and they had a lot of recommendations of places to eat, places to visit and the owners were lovely

Initially booked in for one night, changed to two nights. Upgraded to a larger room. The Botanic is unlike other motel rooms. The room had a conduction cooktop as well as an over. TV in the lounge and bedroom. Extremely comfortable bed, linens were thick cotton sheets. Both the lounge and bedroom had ceiling fans, in addition to a split system.in a cupboard in the bathroom was a washer and dryer much to my surprise, heat lamp as well. Management extremely accommodating. Fantastic property and one I’d readily recommend to anyone, shall be staying there each time I’m in Warrnambool.

Spacious unit and a good bed. Excellent local tips, both for dining and to watch the horses swim in the early morning!

Botanic City was a great venue to stay at. Communication was clear and concise. Amenities are newly refurbished and rooms were very clean. It was an easy walk to local shops so leaving the car behind was nice and easy. Off street parking available, and rooms at night were quiet couldn't hear any local road noise or neighbors on either side. Excellent place will definitely be back...

Loved this property, beautiful decor and very well appointed, comfortable new facilities, well located. Parking was a tiny bit tight but couldn't fault anything else, it was perfect.

The Botanic apartments were all that they advertise to be. It's a quiet situation, but with the main shopping area within walking distance. We found the apartment to be very clean and fresh. Was great to have a king bed with beautiful fresh linen. The bathroom and kitchen were new and it was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer within the apartment. My husband and I would definately stay again when in Warnambool. Highly recommend.

Recently renovated, clean and had good kitchenette facilities, including two hot plates, oven and microwave. Good value for money in a quieter location, but still walkanle to the shops if needed.
