beautiful foyer as you walk in, rooms sufficient, but could have done with a kettle, pool area like sardines & pool freezing, beds rock hard, food not so great as tendency to not stay hot under bain Marie. Umbrellas round pool not secured, so when windy, 1 hit me on the back of my head and back......were offered free dining at buffet that night to make up for the whack. Saw ABBA Universe show...started off a bit shabby, but actually warmed up and was half decent. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Dining was a bit of an experience.....very busy. Cold buffet good, loads of choices...just disappointed with hot food as not so hot. Nice breads and pastries. Lifts were very quick. Beach is a 5 min walk across the road and under subway.....(sand is a bit harsh - big grains).

Animations plutôt très moyennes malgré les efforts de certains animateurs, cuisine à peine du niveau d'une mauvaise cantine, bouteille d'eau de 50cl à 2,45€ !!! Un joli panneau à l'entrée de la piscine pour informer qu'il est interdit de réserver les transats sous peine de se voir enlever les serviettes ... : à 08h30 la moitié des transats avaient une serviette et personne dans la piscine... Bien beau de mettre un panneau mais si personne ne fait respecter les règles...on a testé... Et c'est clair que nous n'y retournerons pas...

Todo correcto pero se notaba en la comida que la gente tenía media pensión y en el almuerzo había menos calidad y variedad .

The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. The breakfast & dinner buffets were good with lots of variety too. We probably would return and hope the room issues are rectified to improve the overall experience.

Les matelas sont un peu trop durs. sinon tout est pratiquement parfait.

Quelque jours de détente au bord de la mer, hôtel bien situé, parking ,propre, bon p'tit déjeuner, restaurant à proximité, à 5 mn de la plage et à une heure de Barcelone en train (gare en face de l' hôtel) ou en voiture

Ganz tolles Hotel. Alles top. Nur während des Entertainment Programms war die Musik Beschallung unerträglich laut. Ich bin Musiker und Toningenieur. Laut ist nicht besser. Es hat geschmerzt.

Our family had an amazing time at Aqua Hotel Onabrava & Spa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained, giving it a fresh and relaxing resort feel. The beach was gorgeous and very close to the hotel. The location was super convenient for everything we needed, and we loved how easy it was to unwind and enjoy the amenities. The breakfast was a highlight – delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety to please everyone in the family. Other meals were good too, but breakfast really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely go again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on the coast!

Hervorragend. Einzig störend die extrem laute, ohrenbetäubende Musik am Pool.

Hôtel sympathique à faire entre jeune ou couple jeune, musique à la piscine qui met l’ambiance mais peut déranger ceux qui veulent se reposer, nourriture sans plus mais large choix.

★★★★★ Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist sehr gut – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft – da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei! Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Contratado habitación premium con vistas a la piscina. No me quiero imaginar como deben ser las habitaciones que no son premium. Mi habitación era con vista a el edificio de enfrente. Desde el balcón de pie desde la esquina mirando hacia la izquierda si veías la piscina. El balcón bastante bien pero no se podía salir porque el edificio de enfrente tiene un extractor, salida de humos o lo que sea que hacía un ruido espantoso que no se podía estar en el balcón a ninguna hora del día. Habitaciones no insonorizadas. Se oyen todos los ruidos tanto del pasillo como de las habitaciones adyacentes. Tumbonas insuficientes en la piscina. Calidad de la comida deficiente. El spa bastante completo. Pero no hay un horario específico para menores aunque los menores de 16 años tienen la entrada prohibida a diversas zonas. Gimnasio bastante espacioso pero con máquinas obsoletas. En la foto publicitaria del gimnasio aparece la zona de spinning que son las máquinas nuevas. El trato del personal es exquisito pero aunque nos quejamos de que lo contratado no era lo ofrecido no se pudo hacer nada por cambiarnos de habitación aunque el hotel no estaba lleno. Fuimos 6 personas, 3 habitaciones todas premium vistas piscina y todas eran vistas al edificio de enfrente. La opinión es de las 6 personas.
