Superbe hôtel! Autant pour le personnel que l’établissement. Vous trouverez absolument tout! Salle de sport, divertissement, spa etc. L’établissement est immense mais vous ne sentez absolument l’effet bondé. Le buffet est immense et variés mais par moment, nous avons été un peu déçu par la qualité des aliments. C’est le seul défaut qu’on pourrait trouver à cet hôtel. Mohammed de l’accueil a été très accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci! Nous reviendrons!!

Rooms are clean, staff are amazing and really helpful, food was great, we checked out 2pm they didn’t even charge us for anything extra, lots of amenities, thank you guys!! Definitely recommend it.

The property was very amazing and the staff very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and maintain daily was a wonderful view on the Lagoon so peaceful.

Hotel selber ist okay. Es ist sehr günstig für eine 5 sterne. Hat aber auch nachteile, wir haben 1€ für 1 Kaffekapsel bezahlt in Zimmer, Früstück mässig. Nicht gehobene Standard. Alles funksioniert nur gegen (Bakschisch) zahlt mann kriegt servis und 2 Tücher in Strand. Auch Zimmer ist gleiche procedere, Etwass komisch, wir sind in 8 Hotels in Egypten, uach 2-3 mal in gleiche Hotel. Hier werden wir nicht noch mal gehen.

Notre petit séjour au Steigenberger était bien. Service à la réception en arrivant pas terrible, par contre au départ parfait. Prix correct pour la chambre avec petit déjeuner compris. Grande chambre confortable, très tranquille et propre avec vue sur le lagon. Grande piscine à l’abri du vent (!) entourée du golf magnifique. Seul dommage que l’hôtel n’est pas situé à la plage et n’a pas une plage privé ailleurs. Petit déjeuner très bien servie dans le joli cadre avec vue sur le lagon et beaucoup de choix, juste le choix sans gluten pas terrible, le pain était sec. Nous avons adoré le restaurant japonais Harumaki avec le show cooking à la japonaise. Hotel parfait pour golfeurs allemands/suisse allemands.

The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing experience

Super frienly staff. Had a lovely experience with our one year old. The Steigenberger suite was really spacious. Location is good and because in the lagunes, it’s somewhat remote from the windy El Gouna coast. We will come back.

The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive—anticipating our needs, answering questions promptly, and going well beyond standard service to ensure we had a memorable experience. We absolutely loved our stay at the Steigenberger Golf Resort. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Narmeen at reception, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast and buffet were fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality. The kitchen and restaurant teams were amazing — from the chefs to the waiters — and they went out of their way to make sure my kids were happy and well taken care of. The golf course is really nice, and my husband and son absolutely loved spending time there. The whole resort has a very relaxing vibe, perfect if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return and recommend this resort to families and golf lovers alike.

I stayed at the hotel for a week, and this was my second visit. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I expected based on my previous stay. 1. Housekeeping and Bed Linen Issue Three days into my stay, I requested a change of bed sheets through the app provided at check-in. Despite leaving the message, the sheets were not changed. I then called the reception and asked again, but nothing happened. Later, I approached the reception in person, asked to speak with the manager, and was informed that the manager was unavailable. I explained the situation politely and was reassured the issue would be addressed—yet even the following day the bed sheets were still not changed. This was disappointing and reflected a lack of communication and oversight from management rather than a single staff member’s mistake. Only after speaking with a guest relations representative—whose name I unfortunately did not catch precisely, something like “Doreen”—the issue was resolved immediately. Her professionalism stood out, and I appreciate her assistance. 2. Room Cleaning Standards The housekeeping service throughout my stay was inconsistent. The room attendant often appeared unmotivated: dust remained on surfaces, and the bathroom floor was sometimes left dirty. It felt as though the quality of cleaning depended on his mood. Considering that this is not a budget hotel, I expected consistent, high-quality service without having to repeatedly request it. 3. Extra Charge for Coff
