Very expensive for what you get, rooms very small but nice facility in the terrace. Service at the reception very poor. Staff not well trained. They couldn't get me a taxi to go to the airport.

Todo muy bien , les falta remodelar la TV ya está rota la pantalla y muy viejita ! Hermoso el hotel y la ubicación lo mejor

Demasiado ruido de la calle

Es una lástima que este hotel que fue proyectado por uno de los mejores arquitectos mexicanos de la actualidad se encuentre tan deteriorado. Se nota que le falta mucho mantenimiento. Nos cambiaron la habitación a otra porque no servía el aire acondicionado. A la habitación que nos dieron (una tarifa más alta y sin cobrarnos) tampoco le funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Solamente es meterle un mantenimiento puntual.

El checkin fue muy rápido y fácil puesto que ya contaba con reservación, la atención de todo el personal es muy atenta y amable

No jala el aire acondicionado y no les interesa arreglarlo la televisión solo5 canales la gente muy amable y la ubicación exlcelente No les interesa arreglar el problema

El hotel está muy viejo, las habitaciones muy chicas y feas, las instalaciones muy deterioradas en general. El valet tarda 30 min en traer tu coche!!

Bad customer experience, not acceptable in these days. - we had to change the room two times, both times due to very loud noise of air con outside the hotel room (is that not known by the hotel?) - only cold water and a lose shower head - all this can happen BUT: we spent a long time talking to the resceptionist and he offered us, that the hotel manager will send us an email with a coupon for next time. - we never received an email - then we wrote an email to the manager and did not get a response - such an ignorant behaviuor is not accepted by us and there are many other hotels in Mexiko City.

Needs remodeling. Rooms look old. Especially the tv
