The elevator has been broken since December 2024. There was no mention of this during my booking. You had to use the stairs and carry your luggage. There was an issue with the pool and it was not open. The buffet breakfast is undesirable. The owners or managers of this property do not invest money or time to make the customer’s stay enjoyable. I will never stay at this property again.

We were not told when we booked that the elevator was out of service " until further notice". We were put on the 3rd floor. Far from restaurants. The pool is also closed

Elevator broken, hot up to brand standards

Room was good but the pool was not open, elevator not in service, only one of two ice machines was working, looks like the grass hasn’t been cut in weeks.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Beware, make sure the elevator is working as we were put on the fourth floor with heavy luggage and no assistance from the hotel. The elevator was not working and apparently had not been working for quite a long time. The pool was also out of order.

At the time we stayed the elevator was out of service and the pool was closed - a little disappointing for the price we paid. Breakfast was good.

Elevators down long term anc the room they wanted to give us was on the 4th floor. My wife is recovering from knee surgery and was looking forward to the pool...but that was closed. The front desk clerk didn't want to forward our issues to the owner managers.

The wall unit wouldn’t shut off so we had to unplug it. When mentioned to front staff was told there was no one to help. The elevators were not working and apparently hadn’t been for a time. I was asked if I knew this at check in. How was I to know that. I’m waiting for knee surgery and was placed on second floor. We couldn’t get the tv to work even after following the instructions and was told by front desk they didn’t know how to help I’ve stayed at many Wyndham properties in the last 3 weeks and was planning to stay at more in the next 2. Now rethinking that.

The restaurant is closed Mondays. Not on their website. The pool is closed. The elevator is not working. None of thids was posted on their web site. And to charge full rate is not acceptable.

Excellent spot for a quick overnight stay while travelling

Room was comfortable but elevator and pool out of commission

Elevator was out of order, pool worked one day and was ice cold then was out of order, power went out, their website allows you options to request late check out but they will not honour it once you get there and will charge you a while additional night

Clean, convenient, great for travellers. Have stayed many times and never disappointed

Clean, spacious and good location. Elevator is broken and cleaning service came only once in seven days. Other than that, good room.

Really nice staff. Big and clean room.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms very spacious and staff friendly. The only issue was that the elevator was nit available asvit was being repaired.

Great place to spend the night. Comfy beds and quiet. Great continental breakfast. Only negative was that the elevators were still not working, a week after making the booking.
