Nice clean professionally run Hotel Very accommodating staff

We had a wonderful stay at Hoxton Firenze. Got a room with a terrace with a tub (!) that was delightful. Clean and nicely renovated hotel. Reception staff was friendly but the most amazing asset was Francesco in the restaurant staff. Made me and my mother happy every morning. Without him the review would be four stars. He is the ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every day of the week!

Hi, the hotel is beautiful and at a good location. The staff was attentive when we checked in. We had two issues, first we didn’t get our room clean when we requested. While our stayed only one time the room was cleaned because we kept calling to get it clean and get clean towels. Also, the room temperature was very hot. The hotel room is expensive, we were not expecting this to happen.

The Hoxton is a beautifully styled and well curated hotel. The location is perfect for walking down in the busier bits but still felt quiet and sucluded. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and very modern.

El personal es muy amable, pero se ve q el hotel está pensado para eventos y no para huéspedes. Las llaves se desprograman si las pones en la cartera o celular o donde sea, hubo q ir a reprogramarlas 4 veces en 2 días.

Just there for one night but the hotel felt like an oasis! The staff were soo helpful (shout out to Julian) and the location was fabulous. Rooms were nice but tight- very pleasantly surprised to see a private garden space attached to our ground level suite though! Breakfast was wonderful- we appreciated being able to order a complimentary hot breakfast (eggs, toast, bacon). Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel located a short walk from the sites of Florence.

The Hoxton was a great surprise, been to Florence several times and found a place that is offering amenities and friendly staff and service with a property that mixes the renaissance charm of Florence with a modern vibe, the staff is young, helpful and courteous.

Would absolutely stay again. Close enough to everything but also not in the action. Clean and well designed!

Ten out of ten. I love everything about this hotel! It’s a tiny bit far (but not bad!) from the Duomo but it was so wonderful. I’d stay there again. Great free breakfast. Incredible staff (!!!) and wonderful rooms. Highly recommend!!!

Nice size room and friendly staff.15 min walk from hotel to city sights that are amazing. Good double glazing to keep the noise of the noisy bar on the groud floor. No hot water for one day

The location is a bit of a walk from the main sites but the hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we had issues with the AC and needed help booking taxis. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel, a really nice setting with Alesia their restaurant attached to the hotel. Our room had a radio and was switched on when we arrived and used this every day which was a really nice touch. Our room was next to ongoing construction across the road so be aware as me and my wife were woken up early on due to early start times to avoid the heat. Unfortunately we also both got bitten a lot by mosquitos in the room, presumably making their way into the room via the air conditioning. Other than that, I would stay again
