The hotel is good enough for a 3 stars hotel. No Handicap parking. Room was not ready upon arrival. Had to wait 1 hr for room to be prepared.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Chambre impeccable, petit bémol le matelas pas très confortable, si non petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Hôtel bien placé, à proximité du centre ville et de l'océan. Nous le recommandons

Room was comfortable, although there was a smell to the room, and mold around the window. Carpet could have used a cleaning. Staff were nice and helpful. 10 mim walk to the train station.

El único punto negativo sobre las instalaciones es que el sofá cama adicional no era muy confortable

Personnels très agréables, le séjour c’est bien passé, Point à améliorer : le petit déjeuner en y rajoutant du fromage blanc, flocons d’avoine .. par contre au 6e étage le debit du wifi est horrible impossible de faire une recherche sur internet.

Blood stains on the walls, the walls are cracked. Wallpaper is peeling off. Not even a kettle in the room. No telephone in the room to ring reception. Overall hygiene of the property is very poor. Hair dryer wire is burned in the bathroom. Pictures of the room on the listing on Expedia are nothing like the room you will actually get put in.

Hotel nível de 05 estrelas. Muito limpo, muito confortável, voltarei mais vezes. Muito bom mesmo.

The room I stayed in caused me to have severe illness due to all the mildew that was in the room the first week I didn’t realize till the last day that the room was filled with mildew because I don’t look up or the walls. I’m so tired whenever I get back I just go straight to bed When I asked for a refund they denied me saying that they accommodated me from my second week to put me on the sixth floor, but that was courtesy on their part. I did not ask for that for me. I just needed a clean safe environment to put my head down I should not have been charged in that filth for the week. I am requesting a refund still. I have video and proof I am able to send but not on here. It’s just allowing pictures but I have video as my proof of my stay.

Loved the balcony view and the placement close to the water. Very serene setting.

Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Excellents déjeuners. Installations impeccables. Tout près de la plage, transport en commun accessible. Boutiques, restoration et autres services tout près (à distance de marche).

Mau Cheiro casa de banho, telefone não funcionava,pia entupida,falta de cabides... Maquina de café no hall sem aguae não tinha café...

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est agréable, situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Tous le personnel est aimable et aux petits soins. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.
