Nous avons passé un bon séjour . Cependant la chaleur n'ai vraiment pas a la hauteur. Plusieurs interventions d'un technicien pour réparer la baie vitrée. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, le premier jour tout l'hôtel été en panne de climatisation. Malheureusement les chambres on une baie vitrée plein sud , donc si la climatisation fonctionne, cela ne sert a rien, ia chambre reste avec une chaleur de 28degres, cela est très difficile surtout avec un bb. Le restaurant, le buffet est très basique , les pattes ou le riz avec plusieurs sauces, pour montrer qu il y'a plusieurs plats , mais cela est très basique , le poisson est pas mal. Sinon la bague est très touristique tout les hitei se mélange etc.... La piscine pour enfants et les toboggan sont vraiment top , ainsi que les infrastructures enfants.

Die Menüauswahl war in der Regel immer das gleiche. Der Hotelservice im Speiserestaurant war nicht sehr freundlich und bei einer Frage bekam ich keine vernünftige Antwort. Schlechte Deutschkenntnisse.

Nice resort for the price in a very nice location. Well worth it.

Das Zimmer war durch Geräusche der Klimageräte oder Abzug der Küche fast die ganze Zeit sehr laut.

Hotel Umag Plava Laguna has very nice beaches (sand and also gravel), pools and a waterpark for kids. Breakfast was great though quite crowded. The room was clean and rather large yet visibly not the newest anymore. Umag is a very safe town super suitable for families with children and overall so underrated.

Leider auf Grund eines Techno Event sehr laut in der Nacht. Vielleicht anmerken bei der Termin buchung, damit man einen anderen Termin bucht.

Hotel kao i usluga bili su izvrsni!! Uzivali smo u na godisnjem odmoru. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo. Posebno animatori na aqua parku, sve pohvale animatorima za djecu. Nasa kcerka je uzivala sa ljubaznim timom i programom koji su pripremali za djecu! Sve nam se svidjelo i sve preporuke!

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, moderne und helle Einrichtung, freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine tolle Lage am Strand. Sehr positiv überrascht und habe eine Nacht angehängt. würde wieder kommen.
