I like everything about this place

There were several spots in the room & bathroom that were not very clean. The inside of the shower was not very clean. There was a stain on the sheets that I noticed the first morning so I slept on the top of the covers the next night.

Very friendly staff, great stay.

This was just a one night stay watching my grandson play some baseball! Everything was fine.

The room was dirty and hasn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was horrible. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the tub and toilet plus the floor. Had to spray Lysol all over the bed, bedding, and pillows.

When we checked in there qas mouse feces all over the room. They said they would clean it while we were out. They didnt. We finally made them put us in another room. The cost isnt worth it.

Room was nicely laid out. Liked the separate sitting area but very little water pressure for the sink (shower was okay) and several electric outlets and light switches didn’t work in the room, including those at the bedside. No cleaning service either. Some staff was friendly while others were in their phone and never acknowledged you coming or going.

Good price.

The place wasnt great. I basically had to beg to get 1 extra towel for my room. Thr sink wouldnt drain, the bathroom door was half painted there was evidence of rodents. I will never stay here again.

Hotel does not provide facial tissues. Sink faucet had very poor water flow and the drain smelled of sewer gas. The window shade was missing and only had the blackout shade as an option which during the day for privacy is too dark. No towel or bed linen service was conducted during a 3 night stay. Breakfast was decent and the staff where pleasant.

It was the bare minimum. Room was small and cleanliness was abysmal. The floors had not been cleaned well at all and we found an empty gin bottle on a shelf. It made us question every surface. The bed was comfortable and the inside of the hotel has recently been renovated (not the elevator though), but we will not be staying here again.

We arrived to find our reservation for two queen beds was not honored—even though we booked in advance for three adults. The hotel was oversold, and our reserved room was given away. We were offered one of two remaining rooms: a king or a king with a sleeper sofa directly off the noisy lobby. We took the latter, only to find the sleeper mattress wrapped in shrink wrap (we were later told it was to keep bugs off). The hotel gave us a set of sheets and expected us to make the bed ourselves—still no mattress pad and no blanket. They wanted our son to sleep on plastic with no proper bedding. We had to find him a room at another hotel last-minute, which cost $300/night due to local events. Housekeeping never cleaned our room. When we asked about it, the front desk told us we were supposed to request service in advance—something we were never informed about. They also didn’t give us clean towels; we were told we had to bring our used towels to the front desk to exchange them. Again, no one ever told us this. When I raised concerns with the manager, she escalated to the owner, who offered a mere 25% discount. I requested a complimentary night, since I needed to a room at another hotel,which was denied. The hallways smelled, the carpet in our room was sticky, and the nightstand was pulled from the wall. This experience was unacceptable. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again—especially this one

Staff was great, hotel is clean, but the bathroom situation is annoying. There is very little water pressure and the shower is dangerously slippery. My child almost smashed her face into the glass shower door after slipping. Not cool!

The staff was very friendly. The bad.....found mice droppings' in the morning.

It was poor checking in and the person at the front disk does not know what he is doing.

Very clean place and I love the way they treated us . The staffs were very friendly and respectful.
