Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Riu Palace Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Grounds were beautiful. Rooms were clean and cool. Food selection was not good. Room service was awful and had only a few items. Maybe 4. Would not stay here again based on the food. Hospitality was decent at best when it came to food. Drinks were good. Atmosphere was fun and uplifting.

My family loved our stay. The rooms beds was not that comfortable and the fact you put 2 twins beds together made it very uncomfortable to sleep next to my husband without falling between smh. In I didn’t like or veiw was a waste of time. and was very hands down loved our stay but the beach had to much sea weeds. It’s made it water looked

Stayed here a few years ago and the property is showing its age. The food was pretty good and it plentiful. Drinks are watered down but the staff in every area really did care and were fantastic

Most of the staff was unfriendly unless you were an American (they believed they were more likely to leave a tip so they concentrated their efforts with them), shoutout to Bryant in the pool and Ana at Krystal (fusion restaurant) for been kind and friendly to everyone and overall incredible people. Food was eatable but not great quality, cold beverages were super sweet and coffee felt almost burnt in all food halls. Found a big dead roach in the hallway in the afternoon, and only was removed the next day. Ice machine and an elevator near my room was broken the whole stay. A lamp felt down on some guests during breakfast one morning. Bartenders never knew when to cut people off, so we saw people getting really intoxicated in public areas, including some almost to the point of vomiting in the food hall. No one batted an eye when a kid was splashing around in the adult pool, making a lot of us feel uncomfortable. Being part of Riu Class gave us no benefits. Rooms were clean, entertainment staff were good at their jobs. There were activities around the hotel at all times for most tastes.

Food was ok, we spent last day with no lights on the room, alcohol was bad

Roaches in room. Toilet backed up. Room in need of update. Staff rude as if you’re bothering them when asking for simple things the room should have. Lack luster entertainment, not diverse.

Its the first time I went to Hotel Riu Palace and i love it the staff are friendly excellent food very clean very helpful. I love it. I recommend to go to this place.

The property was great and staff very nice. Ike thing I would like to see is better food and also when our sheet was halfway off the mattress I could see so much mold and dirt on it. I was so disgusted and after that I did not want to lay on it knowing how dirty the mattress was. Seems to be very old and I’m sure they all need to be replace. The most disgusting thing I’ve seen.

Resort was beautiful but the staff at the buffet were very aggressive. Rooms had roaches and the artisans that were selling goods on the beach were relentless. We wanted to relax but it was difficult. I would not stay at this resort in the future.
