I enjoyed this property, but check in was quite odd. They were to send me instructions before I arrived as to various codes, yet I received nothing. The concierge was only there limited hours, and had I missed her, I would not have been able to get into my room - so be aware of that before you book. It was easy access and easy to use the cathedral as a compass.

Nice clean hotel, staff were pleasant but we had minimal interaction. Didnt spend much time in hotel, but it was great location and excellent value.

Floor heating in the bathroom was too warm and I was not able to adjust it. The staff in the info desk was helpfull, but sometimes I got wrong information. Julija made a good job by helping me to get back my ring, which I forgot in the safe in my room.

Hade problem med incheckning eftersom vi kom efter kl. 23. Hotel skickade inte oss koder så att vi skulle ha kunnat komma in i hotellet och i vårt rum. Vi fick ringa hotellet via ett nummer och de fick betalt 8 euro (dold utgift) för att bara ge oss dessa koder. Nästa dag försökte de leverera oss mat trots att det inte var vi utan någon annan som beställt mat. Det värsta var att maten stod på golvet framför rummet där alla går och där det är smutsigt. Personalen i receptionen gör inte sitt jobb ordentligt. Läge av hotellet är utmärkt, nära till allt, förutom till flygplatsen. Beställ inte flygplatstransport via hotellet eftersom de tar 25 euro och med Bolt kostar det ca 7,5 euro. Frukost var fantastisk med färsk apelsinjuice och trevlig personal. Det var rent och rummet såg bra ut.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Close to everything. Good restaurant ~ food and atmosphere. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again

Amazing central location right next to the bell tower and cathedral! Super easy check in and check out. No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight.

Leider ging der automatische Check-in nicht und die Rezeption war eher klein und nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt sodass es zu Wartezeiten kam. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Möbel bzw. Einrichtung allgemein ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sehr begrenzt und wenn dann sehr teuer. Schönes Hotel wenn man den Weihnachtsmarkt besucht oder sich ausschließlich in der Altstadt aufhält. Alles in allem würde ich wieder dort schlafen.

Had a late checkin. No one was there to help us since they had a self service solution. We did not recieve our checkin code because they claimed we had not paid city tax – A Weird thing to not just add to the full payment i the first place. While we tried to find out what to do we had a beer at their restaurant. We met a sign that said "please wait to be seated". There we did stand for around 5 minutes even through the waitress saw us three times and the place was empty. She did not smile at all and was more focused on wash their windows and tables instead of just show us to a table. Then we just went to the bar and asked if we could sit down. When we finaly got the code to the room and got to checkin it was bot clean. All the towels were dirty, the sink was clogged and There was some bugs in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was superb and the beds were nice. Also we like the size of the room that had plenty og space.

Flott utsikt fra rommet mot katedralen. Ganske så utdaterte rom. Hotellet glemte å sette opp ekstra seng for oss så de ordret et ekstra rom for oss gratis. Ingen i resepsjonen på kvelden. Må ringe.

Muy bonito y céntrico hotel . No había traslado al aeropuerto pero me consiguieron un taxi ellos mismos

Very good location, close to every touristic atraction. Rooms are pretty big but need refurbished, the furniture looks very old. We have just one radiator in the room which barely worked. The AC didn't work at all. We asked for an extra heater, which solved the problem. Even so, nobody came to try to fix the AC during our stay. Also, nobody came to clean our room in three days. You can say the hotel is a good value for money, but that is about it.

Hatten leider ein nicht gemachtes Zimmmer vorgefunden. Daraufhin aber sehr schnell ein neues Beziehbares erhalten. Musste nach meinen Zugangsdaten fragen und habe sie nicht direkt von alleine erhalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist brilliant und das Frühstück sehr sehr gut!

Overall I have a good review of this hotel, the location is perfect, near all the sights and in front of the Cathedral. At the beginning there was a small problem, the room we were given smelled of cigarettes and we asked for a change. The receptionist immediately assigned us another room but the problem was I could never find my scarf and gloves I left in that room (also a couple of snacks that I have brought from my country were missing) Despite our stay in the hotel for more than 10 days (from the 29th September to 11th October - 12 days) and my claims to the receptionist I wasn't allowed to check in the previous room I was given, to see if my belongings were still there...In case you have found them recently, I kindly ask you to let me know as soon as possible, my son lives in Vilnius and will arrange for the picking up.
