Extremely friendly staff who always went out of their way to speak to you and make you feel welcome. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean and also warm which was very welcome after a day exploring in the winter! The breakfast area was spotless with a reasonable selection. I wouldn’t personally choose the breakfast at the hotel as there are hundreds of places to eat in the city, but the food was nice (especially the sweet raisin bread!) Our room was a twin with en-suite bathroom. The beds were comfortable and warm with good pillow selections. Shampoo and body wash were provided as well as towels. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a mini fridge. I bought some milk from a Zabka and kept it in the fridge so I could make tea whenever I wanted it! There is a safe provided too (no charge) The hotel is in an excellent position to reach all areas of the city. Approximately 5 mins to the old town, 10 to the Jewish quarter and 20 to the ghetto. Would recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room with good internet connection. Staff were polite and professional addressing all my needs. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the wonderful city of Krakow. I will high Y recommend it.

Genuinely such an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond in making my stay comfortable and were always so kind whenever I returned from a trip out. The hotel was extremely clean and I felt like every need was fulfilled during my time here. Don’t hesitate to book!!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe der Altstadt und der Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Stadtteile Stradom und Kazimierz. Auch der Weichsel ist von dort aus bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, sauber, nett, klein aber fein, mit allem, was man braucht nur die Matratze war für mich bisschen weich.Das Hotel ist sauber und an der Rezeption ist immer eine nette Dame.

スタッフの対応は親切で、お部屋も清潔でした。最も良いなと感じた点は立地で、中央駅からトラム or 電車で一本でかつ、カジミェシュ地区・ヴァヴェル城・旧市街地の中間地点に位置しており、観光がしやすかったです。また、ホテル横にカフェがあるのも便利です。
