Room was adequate. Be careful on the room you get here. In the past I’ve experience a comfortable stay and pleasant staff. The bed was so awful I could not sleep and have terrible back pain and am exhausted as a result. Then, after the morning staff approve a late check out one of the male employees called my room and said I had to be out by checkout time or I would be charged. He was very rude and disrespectful which was enough to make me consider other choices on my next trip. This is sad because this had been a favorite place to stay when in the city. But not anymore.

I had smoked on the veranda there were no signs . I couldn’t lock my veranda someone tried to come across on my side. The hotel manager waited til I left and entered my room $850 was stolen . I asked for an investigation nothing. I left on my own accord with 5 days owing to me they did not give me my money back again no investigation. I did not feel save or secure . I hope no one experiences this as all is not what it appears

Pagué en esta Estancia por un desayuno que era un desayuno buffet lo cual me dieron un desayuno a la carta el desayuno fue limitado lo cual no cumplió el estándar necesario en el tema del desayuno no era primera vez que visitaba ese hotel ya había visitado este hotel en otras oportunidades y el desayuno siempre había sido 10 de 10 Ahora este desayuno fue un desayuno terrible un desayuno desagradable y aparte de eso el cobro tan caro que me han hecho sobre este desayuno lo cual No valió la pena el desayuno buffet Para mí fue el desayuno más terrible porque fue un desayuno a la carta y no fue el para el cobro que me hicieron No vale la pena

Such a great hotel and in the safest part of Guatemala City. It is walkable to great shops and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and the room extremely clean and spacious.

Beautiful views, beautiful rooms with balconies! Very professional staff and extremely friendly! I will be back just to stay here! And the food was amazing! The croquetas and michelada were delicious! Muchas Gracias!!!
