Week-end très agréable à l’hôtel caribe ! Les piscines sont très belles et bien surveillés par les maîtres nageur.

We were very pleasantly surprised how well the theming, cleanliness and tranquility of the hotel and its grounds were. Breakfast was superb as was the evening buffet. We would definatley return 😊

Séjour très agréable et hotel sympa avec ses plages de sable

Ambiance caraibe très chaleureuse. Décors, piscine très beaux et bien entretenu. Buffet soir et matin bon et complet. Chambre propre. Literie confortable. Un manque d’isolation phonique… on entend vraiment les voisins. Et un manque d’indication des directions (du parc, des chambres), obligé de demander au personnel où était l’accueil, le restaurant, les chambres, le parc…

Piscines, aménagements extérieurs agréables. Petit dejeuner buffet varié et copieux. Personnel agréable. Établissement familial

Personnel de la réception et restauration très professionnel et sympa. Hôtel a 10 mn a pied du parc Port aventura . Restaurant buffet très variées. Je recommande cet hôtel

Como única observación, pongo la calidad de la comida. Podrian mejorarlo. Habia muy poco personal para la cabtidad de gente en el comedor. Para servirse un café habia que esperarvmucho rato, solo habian dos maquinas

Dans l'ensemble le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, la chambre est correcte, nous avons quand même due demander des couvertures (2 fois) car à notre arrivée nous n'en avions pas sur les lits: pour un séjour fin octobre quand même c'est la base me semble t'il. Buffet varié, chacun y trouve son compte, juste un peu déçu qu'il n'y ai eu que de la paella comme plat local... Par contre mention spéciale pour la soirée d'Halloween : un buffet de dessert au top et très joliment présenté. Très agréable de pouvoir rentrer dans le parc en prime accès le matin: déjà plus d'une heure de gagner sur les premières attractions ce n'est pas négligeable !

El personal de las tiendas no es muy amigable con los niños, y eso es un requisito indispensable en un resort familiar.

Pool closed for the season, and €10 for access to Wellness Center. Waste of money, cold jacuzzi and sauna was out of order. Noisy in the Buffet Restaurant. Over 30 mins of waiting to access booked breakfast time. Thin walls between the rooms, so woken up early to banging bed from room next door... The couple next door had a better morning at least.

Check in was not easy, hotel sent me an email before arrival but was in spanish and I cannot read spanish. On arrival i was told i should have checked in online and to wait. 25 minutes later, we checked in.. it was a very slow process, there were staff but they did not seem to want to help. Room was booked for 4, but set up for 2.. 2 towels, 2 pillows etc, I called reception 4 times to ask for extra and no one answered. I wandered down and was told someone would bring the requested items.. we went for a dip in the pool, 1.45 mins later headed back to the room, no extra towels/ bedding was there, having 3 kids, and two towels you can imagine there would be no towels left that were useable so I headed back to the reception and was told someone was on their way so I braved a shower, in the hope I would have a towel, 40 mins later.. no towel..i used a sopping wet one. Room was very old, bathroom wasnt at all clean, there were ants on the floor every morning.. I dont think it was a 4 star standard. We only stayed for 3 nights but I would have been disappointed if i had booked for a week or longer.. good points, breakfast was nice but you have to book a time slot which I was not told but realised after seeing a sign near the restaurant in Spanish and asked. We only used the pool once, we intended to on day 3 before we left but was told there are no facilities to show after so couldnt. Salou is lovely and we will be back, just not to this hotel

Bastante mal todo. Normalmente venimos al mismo hotel (Club San Juan) del Hotel Caribe unas 3 veces al año, pero cada vez está peor. Habitaciones con olor a humedad, mosquitos!, paredes de la ducha con moho, y así podría continuar… El personal super amable como siempre, pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, sobre todo cuando se trata de reservar en una “experiencia superior”

Todo muy bien. Lo único, la bañera estaba muy alta para una habitación compartida con una niña.
