Room climate was hot and barhroom wasn’t kept up very well.

Todo muy bien, buena atención, limpio, camas cómodas, el desayuno bufet delicioso. Sí vuelvo a Lisboa, será a este hotel.

The young concierge was very helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast were not. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I did not like having only a rain shower in the shower stall. There was a hand-held, but no where to hang it. It was literally a hand-held.

Mediocre hotel. Small rooms and bathroom. Rooms need upgrading, rug was worn out and had stains . Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Staff at breakfast were extremely rude and badly trained. All in all my assessment is that this hotel is in desperate need of a good manager that properly trains staff in customer service

Was alright. Staff was very friendly. Hotel overall comfortable. Good location. LOBBY smelled bad of sewage each time we walked through. Cockroach found in our room. Hotel overall needs an update. Not worth the cost and doesn’t live up to its brand.

Localização maravilhosa, ponto alto do hotel sem duvidas on funcionarios todos extremamente simpáticos e solicitos. Quarto ótimo, cama muito boa e enxoval da cama muitoo bom!

Great location - near great shopping and the meeting points for a lot of tours. Hotel was very nice. Great food and bar.

O hotel é bem localizado , porém o valor cobrado e a exigência de caução , remotam a gestões defasadas . No final da estadia , se não utilizou , tem que pedir estorno ao cartão . Café da manhã bom , porém suco e cappuccinos tem que ser solicitados a copeira , não ficam a vontade como deveria ser . Nas proximidades , pelo mesmo valor , se encontram melhores possibilidades .
