Excelente ubicación, personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Sin duda volveré en mi próximo viaje a Barcelona!

The only negative for us was the mattress- felt like sleeping in a rock - other than that it is a great place to stay at a reasonable rate. The front desk staff is great to work with - got us in our room early and was very helpful with suggestions on where to go.

Good points: - Excellent breakfast - size room perfect - cleaning room very good To Improve: - The bathroom consistently has a sewage smell, and the hallways occasionally do as well - The lighting inside the room is very poor; the lights are too dim - The water pressure in the shower is very poor and needs to be improved.

Plus de 15 mn d'attente à la reception car hotesse absente ! Chambre à 2 lits jumeaux alors que j'avais précisé un grand lit ! J'ai demandé à changer , la meme hotesse prétend qu'elle n'a pas d'autre chambre . Chambre propre bien équipée mais envahie par le bruit de l'avenue , de plus les stores occultants étaient rafistolés et ne descendaient pas complétement ! Bon petit déjeuner .Je suis arrivé le 8 Novembre à 17h00 j'ai fait le chek out le 10 à 20h00 je ne souhaitais passer une troisiéme nuit dans cet hotel .Toujours la meme hotesse a facturé 4 X 28 euros de parking alors que le tarif est à 28euros par 24h00 !!!! Etablissement à fuir .

Key system doesn’t work. Complimentary drink…. That’s in our other hotel a €10 cab ride away. Cleaner banging on the door at 9:30 when you’re jet lagged. Complicated and confusing light system…. No master switch. No usb or accessible outlets for charging

Personnel et accueil au top! Un des employés parlait français, ce qui nous a simplifié la vie. Très belle chambre. Jolie déco moderne.Salle de petit déjeuner agréable avec un délicieux buffet. Nous avons bénéficié gratuitement d'un surclassement de chambre sans le demander. Très bonne localisation . Nous y retournerions dans hésiter !

Incredible experience from the moment I entered to check out! The hotel and my room were better than I expected. Clean, spacious and the service was top notch! Most importantly, the area is central to many attractions and nearby shops. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

The rooms breakfast pool everything was stylish and wonderful. Arty and fun but the best part was the service. Every last person in that hotel takes pride in their job. I won’t stay at any other hotel in Barcelona. I will always return to Soho
