Everything was great…room was spotless and plenty of hot water…quite and staff very polite and helpful when you have a question and breakfast was good…will definately stay there again when in the area 😀

The customer service from the front desk lady was terrible. The room was very small and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The fire alarm was malfunctioning, but it was fixed after I reported it. I dont feel good to stay there again.

We arrived late from our flight from Cuba. I think it was around three am. We asked the receptionist if we could have a late checkout and he said that it wasnt possible. We would have to call in the morning. So we did leave at 11am. Other than that all was good. Thank you.

Chambre correct, personnel correct. Par contre j'ai du quitter samedi matin pour urgence médical et j'ai demandé un remboursement pour les 2 dernières nuits mais ça été refusé :-(

Our 2nd visit to this hotel went very smooth. We arrived at 2am and the night clerk was very friendly. After driving 8hrs in some places no visibility and getting lost. He made the experience very good. Clean room and a good sleep. Mr. Mathew was very nice and welcoming no matter what the time was. Thank you.
