Quick rest - room was clean and staff was friendly

Rooms were clean great staff. We have stayed at this Hotel many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Our last stay was not great. There was a hockey team and they were all running wild, parents had open liquor down at the pool, their children were unattended and running full force around the pool and acting inappropiately and making for unsafe conditions. Will not stay again when there is a hockey team and will ask ahead of time.

Welcoming staff, family friendly and pet friendly. Clean and tidy.

The hotel was filled with kids….should tell parents no running in the hallways especially with a wood from construction. Quite noisy

Pool was small and full of kids, not great for older kids. Room ok, dust on headboard. Dark gloomy rooms and hall, need some bright colours

Hotel was good except no paper receipt because I booked through Expedia. Was not impressed with that but lesson learned for me

Pets were allowed. The hotel was busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but could use some updating. The gym was a small room that looks as though it would have been a hotel room at one point. It had a few of the staples but not a lot of space if multiple people were present. Complimentary breakfast was fair (yogurt, cereal) and buffet style food was hot. The first floor hallway had an odd smell to it.

A little noisey it was March break. Walls are thin.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating but it was probably the least clean hotel that I have ever stayed at. Expedia should be ashamed for charging the price that they do for this property. I ended up being charged in US dollars, so it was also very expensive ($308). There were stains on the duvet, red stains on the carpet in the room, and there was hair on the serving spoon at the breakfast buffet, (which I know is hard to control). But the pool area was the worst, there was such a large clump of hair floating in the pool that it looked like someone had been partially scalped, there was so much dirt around the pool decking that I felt uncomfortable walking in my bare feet, and I believe that there was rust on the metal door to the bathroom under the kick plate, and the kick plate had come loose and there was a lot of loose rust particles all over the floor, which looked like tetanus just waiting to happen if someone were to step on the rust. There were employees filling the towels right beside it and did nothing about it. I would never stay here again for the price and the lack of cleanliness when the casino in Moncton was listed for the same night for over $100 less as a newer and higher star hotel.

Continental breakfast was just a little disappointing. A lot of options were empty when we were down for breakfast and did not get refilled during the time we were eating, this was not a huge deal though as what we did get was great. We stayed in 3 separate rooms with a large group and had a blast getting the kids down to the pool. The waterslide was a big hit with the entire group. We did wish there was a hot tub but again, not a huge deal to us! Rooms were clean, everything was stocked as needed and we really have no complaints. We had some kids run up and down the halls around 10-1030 at night while our kids tried to sleep but it seemed to be handled very quickly as well.
